I came here without any expectations, but it completely passed the vibe check. This place is loud and lively. It’s located near a bunch of girls bars, but it feels like a spot where locals meet up with their friends after work. They have an all‑you‑can‑drink plan with a keg tap at each table, but I went with à la carte ordering. The food was amazingly good: sushi, crab, and even a dish that looks like a sleeping dog!

삿포로 여행을 준비하면서 하루 일정을 마치고 스스키노에서 한잔하는 시간을 가장 기대했어요. 낯선 도시의 밤공기 속에서 어떤 가게를 만나느냐에 따라 여행의 기억이 달라지잖아요. ㅎㅎ

이번에 다녀온 곳은 스시 사카바 레몬, 스시레몬이었어요. 현지인과 여행객이 자연스럽게 섞여 있는 분위기부터 마음에 들었고, 홋카이도 제철 해산물을 중심으로 한 스시 구성도 탄탄했어요.

특히 테이블마다 설치된 서버로 즐기는 레몬사와 무한리필 시스템이 시그니처였죠. 10분 단위로 추가하는 방식이라 부담이 적고, 직접 따라 마실 수 있어 편했어요.

캐주얼한 분위기지만 음식 완성도는 충분했고, 여행 첫날 혹은 마지막 밤에 들르기 좋은 홋카이도 삿포로 술집이었답니다.

이름만큼 상큼한 스시레몬! 냉동과일에 사와를 바로 넣어 먹을 수 있는 시간제 노미호다이 흥미로워요. 딸기 가득한 사와에 망고, 레몬사와까지 여긴 술이 안취할 수 없어요
이색적이고 음식들로 특별해서 여행의 재미를 더해줍니다.
