My smoothie absolutely tastes like there’s a sort chemical in it! From the smell inside to this being the second smoothie I’ve had that felt as if I was being poisoned.. this location needs some serious tending to! Clean your utensils!!!!

If you’re lucky enough to go on days where good staff is working you will get cold service and decently made smoothie. If you happen to go midday when the grumpy rude person is there, she will make you a terrible smoothie with too much ice, barely blended and will try to charge you for a cup of water for the smoothie she made too thick. Horrible service with an attitude. Greedy franchise. Other locations in all my travels across the country are NOT, I repeat NOT like this! Water is a human right!

Their phone lines just magically don’t work and they wont issue a refund for items not even given. I wouldn’t even trip, if it was just remade or order canceled, but got damn you can’t even get hold of these people. Just my luck the one time, also happens to be the one time they’re slacking.

This was so bad I had to stop what I was doing to write this review in front of this piece of crap establishment. The old lady that worked there on 1/14/2025 at 8am didn’t even bother saying one word to me not a hi not a good morning not a welcome to tropical cafe nothing, she looked as miserable as she can be , she was preparing food with no gloves. My breakfast wrap that I ordered looked miserable (photo attached) my açaí bowl was rock solid with sour fruits that are clearly outdated. What a horrendous place I will be taking my services to planet smoothie they are so much nicer there and much better quality product.

This is by far the nastiest, unclean and unsanitary smoothie cafe I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. Let pictures speak fkr themselves. Managment, you should be ashamed of yourselves to many areas of dried food, sticky countertops food contamination, powder contamination the kitchen area hasn’t been cleaned underneath counters for I bet months. The whole store looked absolutely disgusting

My wife and I each got a smoothie from here. She got the Mango Magic with Vitamin B12 and I got the Acai Berry Boost with the Fat Burner. Both smoothies were delicious! The service was great as well. It was so good, that my wife now says this is her new go to spot for smoothies versus Smoothie King. They are a bit pricey, but comparative to Smoothie King really. Even better, they do offer a military discount.

Changed to one stars after being rudely greeted by someone at 5:20pm on New Year’s Day. Sign on the door says that they’re only open until 6 PM. The other sign says online only orders until 6 PM. Typically I would put my order in online anyways, but I’m not able to because they’ve shut down online ordering. When I told the gray haired larger bodied employee that I will be contacting corporate to let them know about the issues I continue to have at this location, she got an attitude and shut the door in my face. This place won’t last long with smoothie king opening down the street anyways. Go check them out in the Academy sports parking lot.
