I stop in almost every day. The staff is incredibly friendly, even when the customers are not. They do a fantastic job and are always keeping busy. They do occasionally run out of selection varieties of donuts, but hey, that’s what happens when a flavor is popular. My kids love coming and getting to see all of the holiday donuts. Love this Dunkin location!

Every time I have come here has always been a great experience. Everyone is always so nice and helpful and they all work so diligently to make sure not only do things come out hot and promptly, the items always look like the menue board pictures!! I wish there was an ATM here personally so I could tip the people here because quite frankly they all deserve it every time I come in.

To start off, I went to the drive-thru, but I had to go inside because their scanner for rewards wasn’t working. I then stood at the register waiting to be helped, but nobody said a word until I spoke up. I tried to use the order screen to place my order, but it wouldn’t scan the rewards QR code. Finally, I get help and get my food, only to find out that it’s cold. My sandwich and my loaded hasbrown. Highly disappointed. Will not return here!

Donuts and muffins are always fresh and rarely out of items. But their drinks….. I always order a large hot macchiato and they are rarely full. But today has to be the worst! Just a little over 1/2 full yet I paid the price for a large. My husbands drink had soooo much ice. Couldn’t be much actual liquid. Very disappointing!! Treat your customers better!

This is the third time at this Dunkin donuts where food safety regulations were not followed that I observed. I tried to report this to the manager on duty and was informed there is no manager on duty. So I reported to an employee and they didn’t care. My sour dough sandwich was cooked all together resulting in the middle not being cooked and the employee didn’t see a problem serving me uncooked food and refused to address the situation

The workers are always so polite and courteous! Donuts are yummy, sandwiches are always hot and fresh and coffee is always superb! Even when they are slammed I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation! Thank all of you for being wonderful ❤️
