Stopped in on a weekday afternoon for a quick ice coffee. Had to wait at a deserted counter since there where no workers in sight. When one finally appeared she seemed annoyed that she had to work. Then she made the wrong coffee for my wife. I won’t be going back to this one, I would hate to make them do their job…

Yancey was super helpful and personable. She made us breakfast sandwiches even though they had finished hot food for the night. If it wasnt for her kind act we wouldve been without coffee and food on a late night drive!

I come here almost every morning and get a curbside iced coffee. THATS IT. It takes them at least 15-20 minutes everytime to bring it out because they handle inside customers first. Orders should be taken care of in the order they are received, point blank period. It’s sad i have to call into the store and tell them i’ve been sitting for them to bring my drink out. I work from home therefore I don’t have time to sit and waste. This place is a joke, and anytime you call and complain they get an attitude with you about it.

Ivan was a very polite and professional young man! He knew exactly what he was doing and was also training another employee! He was fast and efficient with our orders! The last 3 times my daughter has gone into this specific location. she waited n waited. There was a guy sitting at the front of the store n said hello. The girl worker went out the door n jumped into a vehicle with a husband or boyfriend. So there stood my daughter wanting coffee n donuts n coffee that is on sale for 3 bags. Who is suppose to be the manager of this store to let people just sit around n not wait on customers. And by the way this is the 3rd time in few weeks this has happened…close up if people do not want to wait on customers..
