The food and the atmosphere are great. The only problem is the service is so off and on. They say they close at 8 or whatever but you walk in 30 minutes before close and they tell you they shut off the machines and aren’t serving you. This has happened to me several times before at this location. I’ve worked at restaurant chains before, you can’t deny customers before close just because you cleaned up the machines ahead of time. Either the manager(s) need to crack down on this or they have to actually close earlier and update the hours on Google maps, instead of falsely advertising they are “open.” If you go in any other time though the staff is typically nice. Just a huge pet peeve when places do this though, it’s not professional at all.

I did a 3 because of multiple times of not giving me the EDIBLE straws I order online with my smoothie order . So, I probably lost a good $15 to $20 because you pay extra for the edible straws.
Then I had to start calling them before the order gets piked up to make sure they did give me the edible straws and not the plastic ones because I do pay extra and they told me over the phone that they did make sure they are with my order.
Shame I have to call and then still got told a lie.
All in all I love the veggie hummus wraps and their smoothies are good-just a shame with customer service.
They should read the orders that come in because they do have on the receipts edible straw

Yet again after responding for your inconvenience , We ordered two smoothies today with Door Dash and we paid $7 worth of straws and did not receive them.
Thankfully Door Dash allows refunds for items not sent .

Hands down, AMAZING smoothies!! Tons of options to choose from and new items added regularly/seasonally. Very quick service when using the app and never had an issue with an order being wrong. Staff is always friendly and polite. Restaurant is very organized and clean.

This was my first time going to this specific tropical smoothie and I definitely wasn’t impressed. While ordering they asked for my name as most places do. So many have gotten my name wrong that I always spell it out now. During pickup, even though I had spelled out my name, they managed to get something completely different and had to reconfirm my order. On my way home I kept getting bits of lime peel in my straw. At the end of the smoothie, I found this giant chunk as well. If youre going to put peels into your smoothie, make sure you blend them up all of the way or else you’ll get a complaint.

I placed an order online today, and unfortunately it never arrived. I called the store and verified it was picked up by door dash then proceeded to call door dash to report that the driver had marked it delivered when in fact wasn’t. They told me it was the tropical smoothies’ responsibility to pay me back. But they had done what they were supposed to by filling the order and handing it over to the door dash driver. I called back and spoke with CONNIE. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy!!. She went to bat for me with door dash and insured me I would get my refund , though it was door dashes fault! She is definitely an asset to your company . Because of her I will continue to come in to my favorite smoothie place. Thanks CONNIE
