Usually this place is great. However I just ordered 25 lumpia 4 hours in advance with a scheduled pickup time before the Super Bowl. Arrived to a very long line of people who had also preordered (as much as a day or week in advance, I was informed). Waited 30 minutes past my pickup time. At this point asked to cancel when I was informed it was another 30 min wait time. They tried to give me my 25 lumpia then but someone ahead of me objected. Which was arguably fair since they had been physically waiting longer and apparently ordered before me chronologically (yesterday vs 4 hours) although also had way more lumpia which kind of makes sense would take longer. Anyway the business was doing nothing to sort us other than who physically arrived first to wait. At this point I took my refund and left. Nonetheless I wasted 30 minutes of my time for nothing. They should not have allowed more online orders than they could accommodate to be scheduled for the same time pickup. If I schedule a pick up of an online order hours in advance, I shouldn’t have to wait for an hour after that to get my food. I understand that events like the Super Bowl may make it difficult for food to be available promptly, which is fine. However if it’s not possible to get my food at the scheduled time, or even within a half hour of that time, the order should not be allowed to be placed.

Auntie at the counter was very nice! My family was worried the food would be spicy and she let them try samples of some of the food. After we ordered, she got the food out so quick that I barely had time to sit down. My mother had a few questions about the area and Aunty gave us great advice and insight about living in the area. The food and service were great!

Older grandma like lady came out took our order, within minutes our batch of lumpia was ready. We sat on their dining area and had our lumpia.
Store front clean and parking street side.
Entrance and lobby area clean and in order.
Dining area was also clean and organized.

We just got back from the Philippines a month ago and we’re craving authentic Filipino food. This place is perfect for lumpia but they also serve adobo, pancit, and other dishes which taste exactly like the Philippines! The staff were friendly and generous, we didn’t expect such portions (coming from Seattle) and we ordered more than we could eat and saved it for leftovers. The lolas roll lumpia all day and it is delicious.

Lumpia Factory is a definitely great place for lumpia as well as other Filipino dishes. I shared a combo meal with pancit, chicken adobo and lumpia. The pancit and adobo were very good but the highlight was the lumpia. They were nice and crispy and I ate them so fast I almost forgot what they tasted like so I bought a few more. The woman working there was very friendly as well and makes me want to support them more.

Been there for a long time. Was over in Bremerton getting a tattoo and drove past this place. Bought a dozen pork lumpia. Delicious while riding the ferry back to Seattle.
The place is a tad warm and a little chaotic and Id like to come back and order some other dishes. ❤️
