This location is always out of necessary ingredients but they’ll fulfill online orders by adding extra ice to make it full. The other day they were out of the large cups so they were giving people two small cups, but the cups weren’t full. We went by a moment ago and the receipts from online orders are poured out onto the floor and the door is locked. Given the other reviews I’ve seen here, that’s a lot of online orders they probably accepted but that they’ll never issue refunds for. I wish we had another local smoothie place to replace this one.

Update: I love the auto bot response to every single review here. It’s clear that they truly care!

Got scammed at this location. Placed an order on the app with no way to cancel, you show up at the store at noon and it’s locked with a handwritten”closed” sign. Spent over a week attempting to email support with no answers, messaging on Instagram, etc. and no refund or anything. Still got charged for the order

UPDATE: got through and someone wrote my name & number down for the manager and have heard NOTHING from them. Also filled out everything from the link below and have heard NOTHING. This company is a joke.
Would give 0. I ordered on the app and it got CONFIRMED. I PAID for it and headed to the store to get it. Got there and the store is CLOSED. No sign or anything. So now I wasted my time and $9 on smoothie I didn’t even get. Tried calling multiple times and the “mailbox is full”

They are usually friendly and make tasty smoothies. I like the breakfast meals and the wraps. The smoothies are good but I prefer a smoothie king smoothie. I still come here multiple times a week because you can buy dinner and add a smoothie for a bit over 4$ with a food purchase. The staff is usually friendly and I recommend coming here when looking for something healthy to eat.

Update: 10/9/25
I never heard back from well… Anyone. I ended up doing a chargeback with my credit card and immediately got my money back. I don’t plan on ever going back.

I ordered online from the app. I show up to pick up my order… And the store is closed. Doesn’t even look like they even opened at all that day. Their screens are full of orders. They must have an auto accept system, that based on past reviews, no one turns off at all.
And trying to get a refund just seems like an actual joke. I’ll give it a week and then I’ll force a charge back with my credit card and simply never visit again.

I ordered here through the app for delivery because they said it was available only to get the order cancelled and confirmed twice. When the driver went to the restaurant they said it was closed. I tried calling several times to get sent straight to voicemail and was out $15. I normally live tropical smoothie but this was disappointing considering they still say open even though the restaurant is closed not sure if they plan to reopen but I don’t recommend ordering from here through the app because it’ll just get cancelled and you won’t receive a refund.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This is my first review ever but I had to. This is the worst restaurant ever. My food was inedible I had to throw it all out. I got the veggie wrap which had chicken and no hummus and was cold also got the kale slaw which had no dressing and was about a month old I had to spit it out. Im pretty sure this place will get you sick. the kid who made the food was wearing esrbuds and moving so slow as well. The place was so dirty as well. I have never spit my food out at a restaurant like. Also the floors ans tables were so dirty it was hard to eat there is felt dirty leaving there. This place should be shut down.

Hate to leave bad reviews but like so many other customers commented, I’ve had poor experiences with food, smoothies and customer service every time at this location and it’s getting worse. Not sure why they can’t seem to get orders right or handle customer issues better, but it seems like a management issue bc other locations are not like this… Pic is chicken pesto which we order all the time and doesn’t include spinach. Tasted terrible and when I asked to remake 1 of them bc my 1 daughter can’t stand the taste of spinach so removing it wouldn’t have helped, the girl opened it and asked with an attitude if my daughter had eaten any of it, which she could clearly see from opening it that she hadn’t, but either way, that was the wrong response and officially the straw that broke the camels back for me. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I placed a pick up order on 03/17 paying over 30 dollars and redeeming points. I used the app to provide navigation details as I’m not located near this location and was here visiting. The apps navigation took me to a random neighborhood 15 minutes from the actual store. Very inconvenient. I digress. I get to the location only to find there is a makeshift sign on the door saying, “be back open at 4” and the door being locked. The app stated the store was open, it let me place my order perfectly fine. I call the store, of course no answer. I call after 4 when they are supposedly back open to an employee answering the phone and me telling him the situation to him responding, “uhhh yeah I wasn’t here I just showed up for my shift. I can write your name down and have my manager give you a call.” Very unprofessional also. A little aggravated because it shouldn’t take a manager to process a refund… but I say okay and wait for the call. An entire day goes by before I receive one and so I call again and an employee tells me that there is nothing regarding my name or number or to call but that I should be able to do it on the app, I say there’s not a way to do that. She then says she will take my name and number and have a manager call. I tell her that’s already been done and that I’d like to be contacted before the end of the next day. She then proceeds to tell me that her manager is a “very busy person” and will call when she can’t. This actually sent me through the roof indicating that no one at this location actually cares. I believe I called again during this time and an employee said the manager was at another location. At this point I was over it so I contacted corporate and they said they will process a refund and should be completed in a matter of days. I called again today and went to voicemail over 6 times. I still want to speak to the manager because I truly believe no one should be working or operating this location unless it undergoes serious training or the manager is essentially fired. Everything at this location truly, TRULY sucks.
