We went back within two minutes to let them know something was wrong, expecting them to at least check it or remake them. Instead, we were basically told it was “impossible” for the smoothies to lack flavor, as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. That response alone was incredibly frustrating and dismissive.
It’s one thing to make a mistake — that happens everywhere. But to immediately deny the issue and make customers feel like they’re wrong is terrible customer service.
