I’m rating a one star because as much as I would love to get delivery from here. I wouldn’t suggest it.The packaging for it is so easy to be tampored with. The paper wrap that it comes in has a sticker that easily comes off and the drinks have no sticker seal for them. Also the bag it comes in has no sticker or seal tactic to protect it from being opened it’s just a regular plastic bag thats easy to open. Unfortunately I’m putting this review up because my beverage had small curly hairs around it. Tropical smoothie definitly needs better packaging protection, for delivery.

Ordered two bowls both were terrible. One was mushy and barely had any base the yogurt used tasted very off. second bowl was frozen solid couldn’t even eat it . I don’t even understand how they messed these up the place wasn’t busy at all no customer inside or at the drive thru. They need to learn how to make better bowls . First and last time trying this place. Also they do not respond to any issues with orders so at a corporate level very terrible they tell you each store is individually owned so if the owner does nothing neither does corporate.

First time visiting. Ordered ahead and drove up via the drive thru. They said you have to come in. Really? I walked in only to find my order sitting an arm length from the drive thru window. Oh right, no other customers were in the dining room. Minus two stars.
Now the order: the dragon fruit bowl was good. The island drink was minus two stars. I could only taste the kale. The description had other ingredients. Would not recommend.
I plan on trying other items as I was excited when they came to town. I downloaded the app and reviewed the menu a few times. The next visit will determine whether they deserve my time and money. If they at least make it to a four star rating , then maybe… I “might” reconsider.

So clean, smelled great, customer service was amazing. The food was hot and delicious! The beach bum shake was strawberry, banana and your choice of white or dark chocolate. The white chocolate beach bum was incredible!! Highly highly recommend you go!!

Very smart choice by the owner to put a tropical smoothie in Lincolnton, North Carolina. We desperately needed healthier fast food options here. The inside is very modern and clean. Not only does tropical smoothie sell smoothies. They also have an abundance of healthy food options to choose from.

Smoothie tasted like it had artificial sweetener and the breakfast wrap was the size of an egg roll. Disappointed and definitely won’t be back. Service was great though, probably because I was the only customer.

The smoothie I got was really good — I think it was the Bahama or something like that. But I did see one of the employees take off their hat, run their fingers through their hair, and then go right back to working. That’s pretty unsanitary and honestly made me lose my appetite I for sure will not be going here anymore.
