Ordered two pizzas and the crust was overcooked. This ruined the pizzas overall. Another recent reviewer also complained of the crust being over done. I could not agree more. One pizza was worse than the other and was giving our jaws a workout. It tasted bad. There needs to be more attention to detail and consistency with the crust.

Juliana, shift manager on July 23 said I have to come over to the store to get my money back for an uncook pizza I just picked up earlier the same night, I feel very tired, that’s not an option to me sinse it’s not my mistake, I asked a delivery guy with my new pizza and I offer pay him for his service since I’m hungry, they said NO to my options, Juliana hung up on me telling me she wasn’t gonna repeat herself again, I got frustrated and I’m still hungry; all I needed for tonite was rest and I pizza. Yesterday take my family to dinner we entered the establishment at 9:38 pm at the entrance says they closed at 10:30 summer time, my wife started the order and the employee with name Haley , hes told us they close at 10:00,We told her that at the entrance said 10:30 summer time and she set again , we closed at 10:00. She took the order to have dinner there, she told us that she was going to be mopping around and we said it’s okay while we waited for the order , we were watching the TV they have there exactly at 10:00 pm I turned off the TV and the music of the establishment. we stayed okkk. as soon as I gave us the pizza it was 10:08 we were preparing for dinner and she told us very bluntly that we had to leave because they were already closed and that we could not eat there. we left the establishment without having any argument, I’m sorry for the owner of the establishment is losing clientele with that employee, my family and I don’t think to go back there as long as that employee stays there.

The pizza was pretty good, they actually listened when I said I wanted it doublecut (most pizza places just ignore that when I ask) and it was pretty fresh. The only really bad thing about this place is that I had it delivered and it took a while for me to get it, about an 1h and 20min just keep in mind that I live pretty close to the place. I shouldn’t have to call and ask where my pizza is but that’s what I did and it came about 10min later, so other than that it not bad

We ordered a combination pizza and it looked more like a cheese pizza. There was a total of 9 pepperonis on our large pizza and a scattering of sausage. The only thing we asked to hold was mushrooms. That does not account for the pizza looking like cheese.

I’ve been so disappointed with this store for the last few years. Today was by far the worst. I called my order in and was surprised when they estimated only 35 minutes. I asked if they could please ensure my pizza was cooked through as the last several times we’ve had severely undercooked dough. Upon arrival nobody seemed welcoming or concerned there were folks waiting. Once I was able to pay I asked again if they would please make sure it was cooked fully. They looked in the oven at my pizza and threw it back in and told me it would be out shortly. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked to see how much longer thinking they had boxed it up and forgotten me. The pizza they thought was mine, wasn’t. They didn’t bother telling me until I asked, and then was told I would have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. The only employee that even cared was the employee who saw me waiting the entire time he was able to take his lunch break. They 100% forgot to make my pizza until after I paid. Once we took it home, we realized they put no effort in to trying to make it look good or cut it evenly. For how much they cost, I’m utterly disappointed and unfortunately don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza with white garlic sauce for some employees. I ordered it online and had it delivered to our work, it took about an hour to get to us. It tasted fresh and delicious though and the delivery person had plenty of plates and napkins for us.
