The GM, Keri truly went above and beyond for me, and I will be a consistent customer of Tropical Smoothie going forward! I forgot my lunch at home, have been slammed at work to the point I did not have time to leave. I placed a delivery order, but the door dash person did not pick up my food, only the smoothie. When I called Tropical Smoothie, I was on the verge of tears because it’s already been a rough day, and this just added like the cherry on top. The general manager answered the phone, and told me that my food was sitting there, and for whatever reason the door dash person left it. I explained to her I was unable to come get it, and she offered to bring it to me. I could feel her kindness through the phone, and when she offered that, I literally just wept because she has no idea how much that meant to me. She went out of her way to deliver to me, and was so kind and nice. She truly made what was turning into a very bad day, into a much better one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Tropical Smoothie Cafe you are so lucky to have a general manager that goes above and beyond for her customers! I will be letting all my friends and family know and we will definitely become regular patrons! The wrap, chips, cookie, and smoothie were absolutely delicious as well!

I just had the most pleasant experience at this location. I ordered a smoothie and did not care for the taste, at all. I was honest and polite in expressing my feelings. And guess what I was met with? A calm and respectful manager who made it a point to fix me another smoothie. And she made sure it was to my liking. Thank you for showing me great respect and customer service, general manager Keri. I’ll be seeing you again, ma’am!

Amazing service. Keri an herbaceous team showed great customer service. Food was great smoothie was flavorful. Restaurant is clean. Bathrooms smelled good. Great place to chill worh the family. I could tell from the minute the woman came through the drive thru speaker that this was a different Tropical Smoothie. She was very helpful and on the ball with everything. I let her know how great she had been and she introduced herself and that she was the new GM. She was great to work with, I recommend checking out the new Tropical Smoothie.

I’m often in first thing in the morning. If I’m running behind it always helps to know they’re on the ball and I’ll have something to have that’s tasty for breakfast – always makes your day better to put breakfast in your belly. And always with a welcome smile, also no bad way to start a day.

From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted by all employees including the GM whose name is Keri. She made the ordering process very simple for me as well as checking in afterwards to make sure my food and smoothie was up to par. Overall, very superb customer service and experience.

Tropical smoothie has always been my go to for “fast food” as it’s a healthier option. I have been a frequent customer since 2020 buying smoothies and food for myself and children often. I had never had a bad experience until today.
The “general manager” has HORRIBLE customer service skills. I will no longer be spending my money here and hope the owner does something about this lady before she causes others not to return.
I sent in a mobile order for an açaí bowl and a smoothie. My mom picked it up and ordered 2 smoothies herself. She came straight to my house, arriving maybe 20 minutes after leaving Tropical Smoothie. The 3 smoothies were liquid, they were obviously blended too long. Maybe there’s new employees, no big deal. I call and explain and was put on hold while the employee talked to the manager. She came back and said due to how much time has passed, there’s nothing that could be done. The orders were entered at 8:46 (to be picked up at 8:56) and 8:53 per the stickers on the smoothies. I called at 9:31. I did not call immediately because we were going to drink them anyways but they were just not good as liquid and cost too much to waste. I did not accept her answer. She placed me on hold to get the general manager. The manager told me the smoothies were thick when they were made and they aren’t responsible for what happens to them in the 20 minutes it took for my mom to drive to my house. I tried to explain they were complete liquid and this would not happen that quickly, I’ve literally been there hundreds of times and even order delivery and never had this issue. She would not even listen to my complaint and kept cutting me off and speaking over me. She finally said if we brought the smoothies back up there they could be remade but refused to allow me to speak stating she wasn’t going to go back and forth. I said “the customers always right” which is what I was taught working in customer service and she said “no they’re not”. Her ghetto attitude and blatant disrespect was awful.
Also, my mom asked for pea instead of whey protein due to an allergy. The sticker on her smoothie said whey, half turbinado and vitamin c. So the other specifics were on the sticker but it still said whey which is unsettling for someone with an allergy. The manager said it had pea protein. I assume she made it and mentally had to remember pea instead of whey, but by not entering the order correctly this could easily cause someone to use whey as the recipe called
for.

The worst Tropical Smoothie location I’ve ever been to. I have given this place 3 chances to get it together and each time I am left disappointed and regret spending $8 on a smoothie that’s made horribly! First occasion I order a Mango Smoothie no sugar. It was incredibly sweet. I took it back and the employee admitted they added sugar and politely agreed to replace it. I left satisfied. The next occasion I ordered through the app and went in to pick it up , 20 minutes later the smoothie was still not ready. I asked the employee about my order , they hadn’t even started making it!! The employee quickly made the smoothie and it tasted horrible. Not blended properly I had chunks of mango and ice all throughout the drink. I left very disappointed and told myself I would never go back. A week later I decided to give them ONE LAST CHANCE!! I went back ordered my usual mango smoothie no sugar and omg it was AWFUL! Tasted like mango puke. I went back and asked for a completely different smoothie (kiwi quencher) made regular because how could you possibly mess that up. Well they messed that up too , the smoothie was incredibly sweet. Like drinking pure liquid sugar. I was livid and left disappointed yet again. 3 strikes you’re out!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN !!! 0/10

I came through Tropical Smoothie last week for the very first time. I’m just getting to write a review, but I couldn’t let too much time pass without sharing about our amazing experience! The food and smoothies were delicious! My kids loved them! It took me a while to order because it was my first time there and there were a ton of menu options! The team working was fast and efficient. The manager on duty was kind and personable. She very kindly gave us one of our smoothies for free since it was our first time coming through! I lost the receipt, so I can’t remember her name (I think it started with a K)! But what an incredible experience! Thank you for making my day!
