Island Green is something I need in my life in a daily . Absolutely love this flavor and all of the ingredients. I’d love to try the other flavors so I will definitely revisit it have it delivered.

One employee was unprofessional and rude, the attitude was unprovoked and not necessary. Neither employee was able to tell us minor details like whether or not the wraps came with a side. The meal was missing items. Several people who work near this location arrived after me, however received their smoothies first. The smoothies did not taste comparable to other locations, it was very watery and had lots of ice chunks.
I do not recommend this location, if you do go, keep your expectations low.

I must say, my experience was great! The manager, Bertlie, had a welcoming attitude and expert knowledge of the menu, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend trying the Chia Banana Boost, and I swapped the banana for strawberry it’s my favorite! Bertlie truly goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes great pride in making every customer visit special. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a killer smoothie, ask for Bertlie and try the Chia Banana Boost with strawberry you won’t regret it!

Placed my order at 1134. Asked about the status of my order at 1202. The woman was very rude and told me I was going to have to wait. It’s now 1220 and I still don’t have my food I paid for. And when asked again proceeded to complain loudly. I’ll not be coming back here again and urge others to go elsewhere. They skipped my order and acted like it was my fault.

This location is the best one out of all the locations in the area. Bee recommended me an island green with coconut and I can’t get enough. I tried getting the same smoothie some where else, but it doesn’t taste the same the way she makes it. Nobody knows how she makes it. Definitely will be coming back!

Okay place. Food isn’t bad, but two of the workers were talking about the combo I asked for and were laughing. I even said I like what I like, and its like they complete forget the customers can hear everything theyre saying. There’s a darker skin tone male worker who is super kind (don’t know how name) and another lady as well (she looked tan/Hispanic) other than that they really need to work on their customer service like asap.

Todays closing hours are 5pm and the person in charge refused to take our order at 4:02pm. The same worker, younger female with red streaks in her hair, always huffs and puffs when people approach the counter. If you don’t like people or don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be doing it. Make room for someone who would enjoy making some money.

Might need to consider new management. You’re losing money. I watched multiple customers leave after waiting too long in the line to order. Also, watched other customers leave after being told the wait was 40 to 45 minutes. I’ve been to this store three times giving them the benefit of the doubt that the first two visits might have been bad days. However, the wait is always the same. The employees seem to be visibly stressed and unable to keep up. One person, who appeared to be a manager, even verbally expressed frustration at the phone ringing with call-in orders. Whether it’s a shortage of equipment, employees during peak hours, or just inefficiency, I would look into new management if I was the owner or keep losing money. As a customer, if you’re looking for somewhere to hang out for 35 to 45 minutes and you enjoy overcrowded wait lines, this is the place for you.
Update: I ate at Jimmy John’s in the same food court. It was freaky fast. I ordered, got my food, and ate it while the line at Tropical Smoothie didn’t move.
