For a gift I attempted to buy a gift card for a smoothie. Couldnt use my debit card, cash only. Luckily I had Cash. Nope sorry, can’t take a $50, they don’t accept bills over $20.
Needless to say I left without the gift card or my order.

I have only been to this location once before today and I had no issues. I placed an online order for pickup,walked in grabbed my food, cool. I did the same thing today and I get home start eating my food. I take a bite of what was supposed to be a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap but it’s missing the CHICKEN! It seems they possibly gave me a veggie wrap instead because this wrap also has hummus on it and I don’t recall the jerk wrap having hummus.

Absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Every time I stop by the Mount Pleasant Road location, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and fast service. The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly blended—my personal favorite is the Bahama Mama, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice. The food is equally amazing—especially the flatbreads and wraps, which are full of flavor and made fresh to order. The place is always clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Great spot for a quick, healthy bite or a refreshing smoothie on a hot day. Highly recommend!

I ordered online and the order was ready when I arrived. The store was clean. I did not interact with the employees since my order was on the counter for pick up. I ate at the table outside which was also clean.
My flatbread had too much pesto, but I suppose that can be a personal preference.
The area is hard to get in to and out of due to traffic, but that is not the store’s fault as they are located in a busy area.

The best location ever! I’m going to say I’ve been traveling throughout the United States and seriously this is the best location with the best service. Shannon, Taylor and Savannah are some of the best people that I’ve met at any store even outside of Tropical Smoothie Café. I ordered my “made up”smoothie that I like to get anywhere I go and they whipped it up no questions asked and it turned out perfect. Keep up the amazing work! Even if you don’t live in Chesapeake please drive to this location you’ll be highly satisfied.

I’m so in love with this place. Ever since my husband has been working at this site by Target I’ve been going to eat at this location for about 3 days now. They open early so it’s convenient. It’s affordable to eat the meals and they’re healthy. I tried the jerk chicken wrap and I didn’t put it down to take a break. The avocalada smoothie is delicious like the other healthy smoothies. Thank you so much for you’re awesome customer service too. I’ll be back. I love in Norfolk but I’ll travel to this location every time. I appreciate good customer service,can’t find that everywhere.
