Lazy employees who don’t want to do their job properly and then lie to the face of their customers about it. I order curbside almost every time I come into culpeper so it’s ready a little sooner. I park RIGHT in front of the door every time. You can see the employees working inside. But never, not once, has my order been brought out curbside. I’ll admit I got mad this time, I went in the store and saw my order once again just sitting there on the counter. Cold. As usual when I wait. I asked the younger Spanish girl at the front if I was wasting my time doing curbside because after a dozen times it has never been brought out. She ignored me, clearly had an attitude change once I asked again and again she said “didn’t see your vehicle” (lie, I turned around and looked right at it out the front door) in a pissed off tone. God forbid you DO YOU JOB. If you don’t want to offer curbside then REMOVE IT.

Hello, best service by far i ordered 9 minutes before pulling in to the lot. By the time i got there 1 minute later, Jenny an employee came over with my food hot and ready and my smoothie was nice and refreshing. I will definitely be going on my lunch breaks more often to eat some good grub!!!
