This is the only Tropical Smoothie I trust in the area. I’ve been going since the owners used to work in the store. They do a great job hiring cause the dedication is always there even when the crew changes. For a while they even knew my name up there. My smoothie is always made correctly, even with all of my add-ons and it’s actually smooth and not chunky like the other tropical smoothies in the area. I’m a customer for life, see y’all on Saturday morning.

What a joke of an açaí bowl. They shove every single ingredient into a tiny container so the second you open it, everything spills out all over you. The açaí itself was a frozen brick — takes nearly 10 minutes just to thaw enough to get a spoon through. Who wants to wait that long to eat? It’s only remotely tolerable in hot summer weather, but otherwise completely useless. The coconut flakes were the only halfway decent part, but even those were drowned in a cramped mess of a bowl. This felt more like a careless ice block in a cup than an actual açaí bowl. Total waste of money.

Come here all the time smoothies and wraps are way better than the one in rivertown but the tonight at around like 8 the wrap was good but the smoothie was the worst I had so far from both locations it taste like all they put in the smoothie was ice no flavor at all by the time I got home didn’t feel like coming back to complain but normally this place is pretty good

Made my peanut butter wraps sloppy. Also put granola when I asked for no granola which I can’t eat because of my braces. There is barely any peanut butter and a quarter banana . Don’t have time to get it fixed because I’m on my way to work. Now I’m hungry and my money is wasted. They weren’t even busy. Def won’t come back here

Good Evening, I don’t like to write bad reviews but this need to be written. Your Employees really need to be more mindful and very careful on how they make their a Customer’s smoothie. I ordered a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. I noticed there were two (2) tickets placed on one (1) blender. I also noticed that doubled sugar was put into the blender along with pineapple and other ingredients. Once that first smoothie was done and poured in the cup, Your Employee using the same blender with the double sugar, pineapple and the other ingredients, put some blueberries, strawberries and a slice of banana in that same blender with the previous ingredients that were mixed. I’m not sure why your Company would mix and use two different smoothie flavors in the same blender and mix all together. That’s dangerous especially if someone has an allergic reaction or a medical condition which I have both. I went back and Your Manager there did not give a hoot about what I was talking about. No apology at all, very uncaring and very unconcern. I told him I got an instant headache with all of that sugar and I suffer from migraine headaches and that pineapple I had to monitor the medical condition I have because I cannot eat pineapples. I request my money back but Your Manager told me he had to take a picture of my receipt and I cut him off and told him to make me another one. I frequent your establishment once or twice a week which in turn I will not be visiting any longer since mixing different Smoothies in the same blender is very dangerous. Your Company should not be using the same blender to make multiple Smoothies. The receipt of 1 of ___ and I just ordered one (1) Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. This not not good and definitely a safety issue. Receipt added.

This place is THE BEST. I love coming here, the staff is so friendly, the food is delicious and I just love the smoothies. They’re so refreshing and not that expensive. I was able to sit in a comfortable area surrounded by good vibes and hard workers. I got a Flatbread and sunrise sunset smoothie.

Horrible!! I ordered online for pickup. I get to the store my food is ready. However the guy asked me if got any smoothies with my order I told him yes, the quantity and the flavor. Another worker came over and demanded to see my confirmation as if I was lying about the smoothies. I show her my confirmation to prove that I did in fact order smoothies and she leaves. 5 min pass still no smoothies. 10 min pass still no smoothies. I watched the workers make smoothies for customers who came in after me and ordered from the counter while I’m still standing there waiting for mine. Finally after 15 min of waiting I get my smoothie and my food is now cold. I will not be patronizing this location ever again.
