I drop by here often for the Kale Slaw. The staff is always friendly and quick! Today was no exception! Service was excellent: I was told my options and given honest feedback about my food choices. However, my chicken wrap was not hot, and the rice was clumped together, like it had been sitting for a while. My Peanut Paradise Smoothie w/peas was awesome!

The worst peanut butter flatbread EVER! This location is hit or miss and it’s annoying. There is NO PEANUT BUTTER on this flat bread, who cuts bananas in big chunks like this with small,slices mixed in,and all the brown you see is honey; except for the browning banana.

The owner’s son used to make the best smoothies when he worked here — they were naturally sweet and full of flavor. Now, the smoothies taste bland, lack sweetness, and are overpriced the price went up by 2 dollars. On top of that, they charge extra just to make a smoothie taste like it should in the first place. There’s no flavor, no value, and no reason to come back. 0/10. Save your money and head to Smoothie King up the road.

Absolutely delicious smoothies! I am a regular customer at this location. They have great options for vegan and vegetarian customers. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, exceptional service! I also love the loyalty program – I order ahead online and get freebies with the points.

Today was my first time ordering the MIXED BERRY GREEK YOGURT. Please keep in mind the yogurt is unsweetened, so if you want it sweetened, ask for extra honey. To me, $10.48 for size and being that there is nothing special about it, I’d rather get the MIXED BERRY GREEK YOGURT at Panera Bread; much tastier. If you’re a health nut and not big on sweets, this one is for you. I still love this place but this was a miss for me. For this review I had to give it a low score.

This location is a SCAM. They are trying to make extra money. I go to various tropical smoothie locations, in both Maryland and Virginia, this is the first location where I have had to pay $1.69 to add ginger and $1.19 for Mango. When I asked the gentleman why it was so high, he informed me that it was like that everywhere. I informed him that statement wasn’t true, and that I go to various locations. He then proceeded to tell me it was a corporate price… I went online and displayed that virtually every other location charges $0.99 to add mango or ginger. He then laughed and said “that’s not true.” The lady that makes the food then handed me the poorest presented quesadillas that I have ever had at any tropical smoothie… it also had about 4 or 5 pieces of chicken within all 3 pieces.
This location is just getting worse and worse, AND they are money hungry without matching the quality.

I love the lobby at this location. Very bright and inviting! Service was super slow! There was 2 people but it took forever to get my smoothie. Smoothie was good as expected. Great location.

One of the best favorite smoothies I’ve had was from this place. Orders are processed quickly and there is enough parking for anyone – even on a busy weekend.
Staff are courteous and can help you pick an item from the menu if you need inspiration. I did that once and I liked what they selected for me. In any case, you can hardly go wrong – unless you have any restrictions.

I ordered 4 smoothies and immediately noticed one tasted chalky and just off. I politely asked to return or exchange it, especially after tipping $6, but was told they couldn’t do anything. No apology, no discount, no offer to make it right just a flat refusal. My husband had to buy a whole new smoothie at full price. The staff showed zero empathy and were not pleasant at all. Terrible customer service and no sense of customer satisfaction. Places like this do not deserve our support. I won’t be returning.
