I ordered a meal to be picked up at this location on 12/17/2021. When it was finally time for me to take my lunch break I opened the sandwich to find the most disgusting thing. I was absolutely shocked and disappointed that the staff still decided to wrap this up and hand it off for someone to eat. The fact that they overlooked this shows that this location has no sanitary or safety measures set in place. I was furious as I had this order picked up by a coworker and could not leave my workplace to go and re order. I reached out to what I thought was customer service and all it did was send my complaint to the owner whom was of NO HELP! To this day I have not received the refund I requested and the owner claimed he did not know how to process it. I do not recommend this location unless you’d like hair in it.

I’ve been to this place twice and it sucked both times. Today, the Smoothie was a good texture and would have been wonderful- if it had flavor. I got a medium strawberry/banana smoothie with extra strawberry and extra banana and yet only get the “essence” of both flavors. You’d think at $11 dollars, they’d do better than that.

I’m giving it 2 stars only because I love smoothies so much and this place does have a good menu. But the last time I went to get a smoothie, it barely had any flavor even though I paid for extra fruit. I brought it back and told them it had no taste, so they brought it to the back, pretending to add more-but they didnt. It still had no taste. I was so upset that I told them it still sucked, set it down on the counter and walked out. I make better smoothies at home anyhow, and for a much cheaper price.

I give tropical smoothie three stats because though their food and drinks are great, their customer service and atmosphere are non-existent. Veggie I even arrived I called to make sure they’d be open on Easter. The person who answered the phone was not friendly and short. I was not greeted and the cashier said 5 words to me the entire conversation we had and was spoke very quietly. No music playing, bathroom needs some help.

I come to this tropical smoothie every few weekends, and the food and smoothies are always good quality, but I have never had an enjoyable experience with the staff. The staff tend to never be enthusiastic on any day that I show up. They seem upset to be there, and that gets projected onto customers every time I go. I don’t feel comfortable going into the building because I feel like I’m burdening someone by just ordering something. Additionally, just today, one of the staff members walked away from me while I mentioned that an item was incorrect on my order. I was the only person in the place and I spoke loudly and clearly enough that I don’t feel that I was not heard. Again, good product, bad customer service. I don’t know how much more I’m willing to go here.

Don’t select the curbside pickup because apparently it’s not honored at this location. You have to “call them” but this direction is not given in the app so how would you know. Very annoying to have to get out with a newborn in the car. Literally what is the point of adding a full description of your vehicle and parking in front of the fully windowed store front if you have to “call”. Either add clearer instruction to your customers or remove the service.

Unfortunately when a craving for smoothies comes along this is one of the only tropical smoothies nearby. And I have no complaint in regards to the food but the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve come here at least 2x a month the past 9 months and first thing in the morning with a smile on but by the time I’ve checked out, the experience ruins it. It is always the same woman working and she always has a very nasty attitude towards me. Unsure if she’s like this to everyone or if it’s just me. This morning was particularly unnerving when I requested a side of extra pesto sauce for my flatbread; she acted as though I was not willing or did not have $0.50 to offer. Very displeased with her customer service to the point that I will no longer be coming back to this establishment. To Upper Management I hope that you all can work on her customer service skills or offer some additional training.

My girlfriend and I came in the other day to order something to eat and a smoothie. And after seeing that the cashier was eating, which was understandable because it was empty, I apologized for interrupting. She and the rest of the staff just starred at us like we had just killed their dog. Trying to pay no mind to that, we proceeded to order in which we received more dirty looks and two words from the cashier “what side” while she pointed atchips tapped to the wall. After we got our food we were hesitant to take our first bite in fear of consuming the employees saliva sauce. Overall the food and smoothie was as great as usual, and the customer service was questionable.

This is a great location to grab a smoothie and lunch with friends. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are very patient and welcoming. Your order is also made and ready for you very quickly.
