I have been a frequent visitor to this location and initially found the smoothies to be consistently well made with great texture and flavor. Recently, however, I’ve noticed a decline in quality. The smoothies have become noticeably more watery and less flavorful, which gives the impression that fewer ingredients may be used than before. They no longer have the same richness they once did.
As a result, I have since stopped visiting this location and decided to try another smoothie shop. For a $10 smoothie, I expect to receive full value and consistent quality.

Has a strange smell inside the store but the food is good . The store looks nice and clean. The drinks are good . Customer service is friendly. On the pricier side. 10$ for a wrap and chips

This place is just lovely! The people are kind , quick , and efficient. The place is super clean and plenty of room to sit, stand or head out.
They offer a lovely selection of smoothies and actual food, who knew ?! I have seen kids and adults enjoying a smoothie in and to go, which is good to see a healthier option for take out around the burger and traditional Togo joints around. ( I’m not bashing the other establishment, choice is good!)
If you’ve never been, it can’t hurt to go, and I’m sure there is something for you to enjoy if you go! Vegan, gluten free, carnivores, herbivores, Omni-vores, you will find somewhere to enjoy!

I did a pick up order at this location not too long ago so excited to try their new smoothie bowls. I’m a huge fan of Playa Bowls and considering they are about the same price I had high hopes. The portion is so tiny and they are very cheap with the fruit. Compared to the photos they have on their app and stores I would consider this false advertisement and not worth your $.

All the workers are kind, friendly, helpful, and amazing. The store is always clean. The food and the smoothie are amazing and delicious. Please don’t listen to all the negativity reviews. They don’t speak for everyone else. My family and I love this place.

I love Playa Bowls but it was out of the way, so I gave this a try.
The bowls are expensive given they have very little toppings and tiny portions. When I asked if they have a coconut bowl, the girl kinda just shrugged and said “they have coconut in them” which answered nothing given that it was 99% acai, a few berries and a couple coconut flakes.
This place is like the Starbucks of coffee shops–a sad excuse of a corporate company trying to make themselves seem better than they are. It was like a hospital cafeteria.
