this is not a quesadilla. the layer of cheese was so thin, I couldn’t taste it at all. my smoothie was watery and flavorless they left the pesto out of a chicken pesto wrap, and they didn’t give us chips

Went to the Lititz location, and I’ve been here many times, and this was the first time it was a great experience until the manager saved the day. Ordered a jetty punch and it was horrible! The bananas tasted green and had little strawberry flavor. The person helping was not friendly and should not be working with the public. Said basically, didn’t speak with awkward silence and not friendly. So weird!! So, I got home, and my wife tasted it and couldn’t drink it, and for almost $7 dollars, that’s not good! Called the manager and he thanked me for the feedback and offered to make it right!! Went back and made a new one and gave me a courtesy smoothie for the inconvenience. I’ve never had an issue there, normally they are friendly and drinks are great! The manager fid save the experience!! Will be back!

I had a terrible experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I was stopping to get a quick bite to eat after work before hanging out with friends. The minute I walked into the store, I felt uncomfortable. There were a bunch of teenagers goofing around and distracting the ones who were actually working. The girl who my order was not very friendly or helpful. After taking my order, she went back to goofing around with her friends and even handed her friends a vape to use while I was in the restaurant.
I really try to cut people some slack, but vaping and being rude is very hard to forget. I will never go back to this store. I will go to a different location.

Worst smoothie I ever had. Mostly ice. Second time stopping at this location, first time I got my food redone and second Time didn’t even have the energy. No problem at other locations but this one doesn’t even have the decency of packing ur food without smudging everything up.

The lady working there had zero pace, I have a lot of patience, but it literally took 45 minutes for a beach bum. I’ve been to other locations and they get the smoothie out in like 5 minutes but it was actually insane I ended up walking out and did not get a refund. Kind of a shame cause I am a loyal customer and love their smoothies. There were 5 other customers also there and we were all looking at each other like what the heck is going on. Actually haven’t had an experience like this at a restaurant in a while.

All aspects of experience were wonderful! I was on a field trip with several other middle schoolers and we stopped in for lunch. Many thanks to Kassidy for making out orders quickly. I am a regular patron of tropical smoothie in Manheim. The female staff are extremely friendly. The food is always good and a good value. This morning, the gentleman in the tropical smoothie at the Lititz shop was not very helpful. I don’t expect people to be friendly all the time, but I do expect there to be an adequate amount of food in the containers that I purchase. The attached photo was the quantity in the kale side dish for my order!

Do NOT eat here!! There is a constant battle with bug infestations. Just ask the surrounding businesses! The store is unclean and staff is unprofessional. They are always loudly gossiping instead of paying attention to what they are doing or outback smoking and napping on wooden pallets. The wraps are NEVER the same size or quality. Sometimes it is full of i ingredients, sometimes it is tiny…. only a few bites. Very inconsistent. Never know if you are getting more than you bargain for in the smoothies! Bugs everywhere!
