I’ve had way better smoothies that are made with actual fruit and not a powder mix. I wouldn’t come back here when you can go anywhere in the 10 mile radius and get an actual smoothie with fruit. Disgusting for sure.

Idk who works the mornings and opens but he is the worst service ever. The food is made halfassed and he couldn’t care less about putting out quality product. I’ve never been to such a disappointment of a tropical smoothie. We all know they don’t care because of the automated corporate responses.

Awful!!! Please do not go here!! The manager here basically tried to pocket $1 from my mother after we ordered 3 smoothies.
I tried to ask for the corporate number and wanted him to write down his name so I can report but he would not! I did take a picture of him though so you all can see who I am talking about. He denied taking the money several times before finally handing over the dollar. But seriously, how cheap can you be to take a dollar from your own customer who just wanted to buy smoothies.
Ruined our whole day. Will never be back but will get in touch with corporate for sure.

I order online – they were supposed to open at 10 and I ordered at 11… I pull up around 11:15a and the doors are locked. Stools are still on the counter, lights are off, and the one works was just hanging out. I walk up to the door and they let me in because I ordered online. I got two detox island greens and the one wasn’t even blended all the way. I order kale slow as my side and paid extra to find out they don’t have any. I asked for a refund because I paid extra and they said we don’t have change….

Gave this place 2 tries. Not wasting my time or money on a third. They don’t know how to make a smoothie right. If it has a hint of banana in it, be prepared for it to taste like only banana. I frequent the one close to my job and my drinks and food actually taste and look like they’re supposed to. Also ordered food from this location and this is supposed to be the apple dijon sandwich….. You tell me, there’s not a single piece of lettuce on this. This is what $7.49 gets you, just 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of bacon, a copious amount of dijon with a few apple slivers in the sauce. Definitely not a 9 grain bread, since it’s on a ciabatta roll. I will never go back to this location, which is a shame as I love the cafe close to my job, wish the quality was uniform across the company.

Horrible horrible service. I came in feeling like I was a burden for the worker at the front desk. I ordered chicken bacon ranch and there was no bacon. Then I accidentally dropped my smoothie. The staff was so mad and refused to compliment me another one when I was telling them about the flat bread sandwich. ’ll never ever go back! The feeling was so horrible. Don’t run a business if you don’t want to be nice to customers. I’ll take my business to Smoothie King on Rt. 30

If I could give zero and submitted i would. Ordered chicken quesadilla and got breakfast quesadilla. This place never seems to get order right everytime I go. Never going again.

I ordered three smoothies, and every single one was incredibly watery and lacked flavor. They tasted more like diluted juice than actual smoothies. For the price, I expected something thick, creamy, and packed with fruit flavor, but instead, I got bland, runny drinks that were barely enjoyable. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be ordering again unless the quality improves.
