I normally adore jimmy johns and for almost 15 years it’s been one of my favorite quick sandwich stops, but since the picklewich came back I think they have some serious cross contamination issues and I’ll be avoiding eating here indefinitely. I’m not a pickle fan, and I learned via the last few visits how foul a sandwich can taste from here when all of the toppings taste like they’ve been dipped in pickle juice. I’ve been eating the exact same order for over a decade and had to toss my last two orders out they tasted so strongly of dill. Sad to let one of my favorite sandwiches go for now, but I’m hoping the picklewich is just a seasonal fling that will leave soon so I can enjoy my jimmy johns again!!

Sitting at the red light on beacon, I see an employee with a Jimmy John’s beanie pop out of the back door to start smoking within his foot still in the door letting the smoke and cold air back in. since it’s against the law to smoke within 25 feet of a public space especially a restaurant where everything is served how it is and not cooked, I’ll be filing a police report and contacting health and safety professionals because that’s outrageous, there are times to go out to your car for a break and there are times to work. Not in between that’s how you kill someone and ruin business, this is going everywhere

Catering was amazing….no crock pots, no keeping things hot, no over cooking, no silverware, no potlucks, no HASSLE, only 100% yumminess! Definitely the hit of the party, saved us so much time and stress. Ordering was a breeze, manager was friendly and prompt while ordering, sandwiches were customizable,pickup was easy peazy and was even ready before the requested time! Was given napkins, mayonnaise, mustard, convenient packaging ready to serve! Thanks for everything, job well done. Jimmy John’s understood the assignment!

I ordered the sandwich with no tomatos, and still got them. No big deal, I’ll just pick them off. However, the tomotoes look like this (ref pic). I would assume because the sandwich was sitting for a while.
This is after waiting 1 hour for delivery. I really wish I hadn’t tipped at all when making the order.
I would advise everyone save the tip for when they show up, and base your generosity on how long it took.
Freaky Fast? I really like JJ, but have never had a delivery take less than an hour from this location.
Someday my kids wont take naps, and I won’t have to deal with delivery.

I do not appreciate having a delivery driver that bangs on my door then rings my door bell repeatedly just to demand a tip. I felt very pressured to tip. Not to mention I requested that the food be delivered to my door and left. Definitely not okay an makes your customers feel unsafe.

I came in tonite 5/14 at approx 5:15 p.m. & ordered a tuna sub with a side of peppers & spicy ranch & received a ham & cheese – we were too far to return this order – we were all surprised because we never had an issue with an order…we will check our order from now on before leaving – thank you…

I’ve always loved jimmy johns; they have a great product. Unfortunately the GH store you’re greeted with rude employees and a manager who doesn’t care. Jersey Mike’s is a much better option for a sandwich in grand haven
