Catering was amazing….no crock pots, no keeping things hot, no over cooking, no silverware, no potlucks, no HASSLE, only 100% yumminess! Definitely the hit of the party, saved us so much time and stress. Ordering was a breeze, manager was friendly and prompt while ordering, sandwiches were customizable,pickup was easy peazy and was even ready before the requested time! Was given napkins, mayonnaise, mustard, convenient packaging ready to serve! Thanks for everything, job well done. Jimmy John’s understood the assignment!

My husband, son and I stopped for lunch. Shelby, must have seen my face when I opened my sub (how attentive!) she came right over to see if everything was ok. Unfortunately my sub was made with the avocado I had requested to be taken off as it makes me sick. She immediately made me a new sub, and even rewrapped my first sub for my family to eat later!! I have never had such wonderful and immediate service before! Definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s!

I’ve been on a jimmy john kick lately . I’ve been to the GH location four times this week. I got a #10 extra lettuce as usual and when I unwrapped it the lettuce was brown and slimy wet. I brought it to ghe counter and asked is there a problem with the lettuce and the guy said no that’s just from tomato juice. Come on the tomatoes were under the meat and I’m 48 I know expired lettuce lol. Whatever- guess that ends my JJ kick- 6/30/23

Today my husband went to get us a couple subs during his lunch break at work And my order was incorrect. After work he stopped by to see about getting the correct sub and they ended up making him pay for the bread and bacon and new sub. When we got home the new sub was wrong as well. Money wasted.

Jimmy John’s by far offers the best vegetarian sandwich around. I have tried many places like Jersey Mike’s and Subway, but they just can’t compare to Jimmy John’s. Not only that but Jimmy John’s is “freaky fast” litarly. I will be ordering my order and it’s done by the time I walk to get it. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean.

The sub was good like always. The 55 min wait / penalty for ordering online wasn’t. Walk in this location if you want your food made within an hour. They will prioritize walk ins.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I have experienced. Order 2 sandwiches in the afternoon (not the noon time rush) and it took over 35 minutes until I called them and they said I would be the next order out. Guess they are not “freaky fast” at this location.
