Maybe it’s just because I am used to the ones in Florida. This Tropical Smoothie is TERRIBLE. The $10 turkey back ranch sandwich only came with 2 pieces of off smelling turkey. They have always been awful with service, the building itself despite being new has always been trashed when I go in. The smoothies aren’t even blended properly. Not to mention their rewards program is an absolute joke.

I came here a while ago and it was awful! Dirty, rude employees and my smoothie was disgusting! Almost wasn’t gonna go there but I wanted a smoothie and it was the only close place. It must be under new management or something cause everything was different and amazing. Place was clean. The blonde that waited on me was so nice, the food I got was great, and my smoothie was so tasty!! Definitely will go back there.

Ordered three smoothies and one salad. The smoothies did not have much flavor, they tasted like mostly ice. There was chunks of ice still in the smoothies. The salad was ridiculously small, not even filling up half of the bowl.

Smoothies were okay. Staff made it seem like we were bothering them being there. Online order came in when we were there and I got attitude asking if I placed an online order when I was standing there. Definitely just felt uncomfortable. Staff were just chatting with another staff member who’s on break instead of interacting with us besides to ring us up.

I love health food. I wanted something to eat for lunch, so I stumbled upon this place. The Paradise Point smoothie was top notch. I’ve never had anything quite like it. It was not too think, and not too thin. My mom and I got quesadillas as well. The Santa Fe quesadilla is hot, so be prepared if you order that. The atmosphere of this place is so comforting and gives off a happy, cheerful vibe. Based on my experience, this will be my new go-to place for smoothies.

Apparently someone is being trained. No welcome, no acknowledgement I walked in. Girl is training boy and talking to him like he’s an idiot. I came out of the bathroom and she says “he screwed up your order”. So I wait since more until he hands me a smoothie that had smoothie running down the side and didn’t bother to wipe it.

I would give less stars, but the MANGO MONSOON™ SMOOTHIE & WATERMELON MOJITO® SMOOTHIE were perfect. The HUMMUS VEGGIE was not made how I ordered, it was full of ranch sauce and quite a mess. The quesadilla was off as well, buffalo sauce in the quesadillas instead of the salsa on the side.
The service has been less than par lately. Really went down hill the last few visits. I waited at least 20 mins for an online pickup & over hearing a worker say “ I definitely messed this online order up, hope they don’t notice…” left our entire order, including smoothies, on the back counter & proceeded to go take their break. I was standing right there!!
