Ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio through door dash, and after waiting for over 2 hours, my order status was updated to, “Order completed at, 1:46pm, 1/27/26”. As I was outside my apartment, with my phone on me, nobody ever showed up with my order, nor was I called for any notification of difficulties. Tried calling the store twice, both times, only to connect to the automated voicemail. Horribly dissatisfied with this establishment’s service, or lack there for of, and would not recommend anyone here.

My order came over two hours late. I attempted to call the store and received no response. I could not confirm whether they were coming with order or not. After waiting two long hours I finally went to the store myself and still had to pay for my DoorDash order. This store should not be allowed on Door Dash no apology no empathy just excuses. If the delivery was too far they should limit delivery area. However promising an order and delivering it two hours later is diabolical and unacceptable. Will never order from this store again. Waste of time and money.

Wasted over 2 hours waiting for an order that never came. They don’t answer the phone for customer or Uber. All you ever see from their responses are excuses. So they don’t try to save face with a fake estimate of how far I live from the store, it’s about 15 minutes away from the store. I wish I saw the other reviews before trusting an order with them while I’m entertaining.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Fiesta Beer & Wine due to a nearly 2-hour delay in my order. Waiting this long without any updates is unacceptable, especially when I tried calling the store multiple times during the wait and received no response. This lack of communication made the situation even more aggravating.
To make matters worse, the delivery driver, ASHISH, was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the significant delay, he was dismissive and showed no respect for me as a customer. His behavior only added to the disappointment and made the whole experience unpleasant.
The combination of the excessive wait time and the driver’s poor attitude clearly shows that Fiesta Beer & Wine does not value its customers. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to think twice before using their service.
