I recently ordered a combo by the Yaphank location that included a wrap, smoothie, and salad. While eating the wrap, I unfortunately found a long hair inside when I got to the second half. This was very disappointing and completely ruined my appetite.
I called the store to inform them, and while they apologized for the inconvenience, no further action or solution was offered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but food hygiene is extremely important, and I expected a more proactive response.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Great tropical smoothie location! Clean and super friendly staff. Great location to stop and get a smoothie after shopping at Walmart or after a game on the ball fields. Smoothie tasted great.
They are also so wonderful with the community. I recently brought my girl scout troop there to learn about the healthy ingredients in a smoothie. The staff went above and beyond! The troop had so much fun and my kids are now hooked and keep asking to go back. Thank you!

This is the best tropical smoothie location I’ve ever been too. Always super clean, & the manager Chris is honestly the best. As well as all his staff; always so nice to me. They are always very accommodating!! 10/10 recommend coming here.

Completely wasted my time. I placed an order 15 minutes before arriving, and after paying instead of giving me the food this child stood behind the counter waiting for a walk in to decide what they wanted for 5 whole minutes. Instead of getting my food that was already prepared. I had to ask multiple times for my order. Then proceeded to walk back, bring me my smoothie. Just to walk back again to grab the bag of food sitting right next to the smoothie. Absolute circus clowns. The kid looked like he was 13 years old and both workers looked like they were dressed in pajamas. INSANE.

Food was good, when I’m actually able to get it. The manager Chris likes to run his store terribly. Answers the phone, puts me on hold, and puts the phone down for 20 minutes, hear employees cursing and having private conversations. I get to the store and I’m ignored for another 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Horrible turnaround time, horrible customer service.

Very friendly service. Our food was just super messed up hence the low review. I ordered a chicken cesar wrap… I got a wrap with Parmesan crisps, rice, beans and some lettuce. Kids quesadilla had chicken in it (maybe the chicken that was supposed to go on my wrap?) and my husband’s Carribean jerk chicken wrap (he said) tasted off. Watermelon mojito smoothie was watered down as well. Not sure if I’ll give them another chance as of yet…

I went to Tropical Smoothie for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience thanks to Cassandra! I wasn’t sure what smoothie I wanted, but she was super helpful and patient, walking me through different options and making great suggestions.
