Came on a Sunday and had great service! I was trying to use a reward on my mobile app and the workers were very friendly to help.
There’s a guy with glasses and curly hair (is going to be a teacher?) who had amazing service. He made drinks super quick and was very nice when we asked questions! Loved his approach and how friendly he was. And he made everything super fast and efficiently.

It’s my first time buying a smoothie from this location and I’m never coming back to this location again. You would think that the people working here would know how to store smoothies and food properly (as they should), but they don’t. I came in to get my smoothie and it was sitting out instead of being stored in the fridge AS IT SHOULD BE.

Came into the establishment and noticed it was clean and not busy at the time. There were 4 employees at the time, but not one person greeted me. Someone did offer me the menu to view. I ordered the acai berry boost for $8.99 and the baja chicken wrap for $10.89. A side comes with it, so I decided to try the kale & apple slaw. The smoothie was nice, the wrap was not bad, and the side dish was ok.

Every time I come to this tropical smoothie it’s a problem. I order online for curbside and I still have to come in because no one answers the phone when I call. When I go inside no one is doing anything and they have no customers in the store. It’s ridiculous at this point. Today I ordered a detox island green and I took out all the fruits why is it sweet ? I don’t understand.

DELISH!!! I LOVEEEEE the smoothies at this place!! I used to frequent Syosset before they closed! This is my NEW spot to get my smoothie FIX ~ my FAV is without a doubt BEACH BUM!!! Be sure to get the regular chocolate as they will ask chocolate or white chocolate! When I am in the mood~ BEACH BUM is the answer~ if you’ve never tried I DEF recommend it!!!

This place has got to be the worst first off. They keep the phone off the hook you can’t call. It took me three days to get a refund and then today I go in and I order a shake. There is no other people in the store except for maybe two customers And people come after me and somehow manage to get their drinks and food and all of the stuff. Meanwhile, I only ordered one seat so I asked for a refund and then all of a sudden guess what was sitting behind the counter the whole time my smoothie horrible customer service horrible employees not following ticket times disgusting
