Love the quaintness of this location. Moreover, I am a frequent patron of TSC, all over the USA nd the service provided by GABBY was totally outstanding!! Terrible experience at this location. Came here in 12/12 and the shift leader/manager was very rude. I came here to redeem a reward and she gave me a very hard time redeeming my T-Mobile reward and made it like it was my fault that it wasn’t working. She kept repeating the same thing to me instead of giving a solution like a manager should. I will not be returning and I will be escalating the matter further.

I love this location! If you go before 10AM they have a smoothie special. I always get the berry oat one and I asked the lady to surprise me this time and she suggested the kiwi smoothie… I HATE kiwi but decided to take her word for it and try it anyways and it was DELICIOUS BEST SMOOTHIE IVE HAD AT TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE! I will 100% get it again super yummy! Leaving a 4 star only because every-time I get there wraps their always small or fluffed with lettuce.

Very disappointing experience at this location. The smoothie wasn’t good. I called them and the person told me that this is how this smoothie tastes. I told her that I order the same one every time and I know how does it taste like and then she hung up. Never had a problem with the other locations! Won’t ever go here!!

I go out of my way to go to the store when John is there in the evening. He is so much fun to visit. I’ve been to other Tropical Smoothie cafes and none of them make it like John. When you walk into the store John makes by you feel like a small neighborhood store with warmth and friendliness. Every business should have a John in their store. These days you walk into stores and you don’t get that small store, neighborhood feeling. I even took a selfie of the two of us to show my friends and family so they can go in the
evening/ day to see John and place orders ❤️ I hope your company recognizes him for his outstanding job‼️ John has me coming back as a loyal customer.

This is my favorite tropical smoothie Cafe. I usually always make a big order and modify my smoothies and the service is always perfect and I don’t even have an issue with my order. Everytime I go the manager I believe is Lisa is always making sure her staff has the support they need and she is always hands on. I’m happy to see team work all the way down to management. She has a bright light about her that she brings into the business.
