This place should be called Uncooked Pizza on the Lake. Waited almost forty minutes for one pizza and cheese bread during weekday afternoon. Pizza was not close to being done and bread had blackened edges – see photos.
Disposable everything and almost no service. After ordering, the only contact was when food was brought to table. Person quickly left before I could even say anything. The few other tables that were occupied during visit also had issues.

This wood-fired pizza is out of control. Artisan pizza at its finest, at more than a reasonable price and great portion size. The pork green chili soup was phenomenal! Carl, the owner, is a master of his craft. A passionate chef that brings a high class taste. Desiree and Nola were amazing to us!

For the price (almost $20 per pizza), I expected a little better. We ordered two pizzas. They’re 12″ so one between 2 people alone isn’t enough, but 2 will maybe yield leftovers. Flavor was good, styles were original and cook was spot on. However, they were out of 3 of the beers on the menu that I wanted. Worst of all is the young lady at the front counter. Very unfriendly, very blunt, and seemed to be phoning it in to the few people that were there. She’s the face of the restaurant, so at the very least could have beem friendlier. Noticed the “I don’t care” attitude toward everyone that was ordering or picking up, which is a major turn off. The pizza wasn’t bad, but it didn’t have that “wow” factor with wood fired pizza that I’m used to.

Came in for the first time today and let me tell you it was absolute . I tried the Mozzarella Garlic Bread 10/10 so delicious next was the Cayuga Pizza and I was told it has a scalloped potato taste and that was very accurate I thought is was so good and it only took 2 minutesfrom start to finish. You can also watch your order being made on a TV screen it was so cool. For something sweet I got the Brick Oven S’more which I was told will be getting a little upgrade so I cant wait to try the new version when they release it. I will most definitely be back to try more amazing foods. Until next time!!!!!

Tasty unique pizza. Mac n cheese with the garlic sauce was super delicious too!! Pictured is the cayuga pizza and we added roasted garlic. The caramelized onions were very flavorful!!

Honestly the pizza was delicious, my girlfriend had the gluten free crust I had the traditional crust. Both were tasty. The pecorino Mac and cheese was great so we’re the cauliflower wings with bang bang sauce. Carl was super cool too, great place.

Loved everything about this place. From the mural on the front counter back wall of the Ring of Fire, the friendly service, and dynamic, super flavorful pizzas. If you love trying unique, creatively built “date pizza,” this is the place. We had the Seneca (our favorite of the two) and the Skaneateles (also excellent, especially if love fennel sausage). Will definitely be back!

Really like this place. This was my 2nd time in. Great location, nice lake view, & a casual setting (ordering is up front and then they being your food to the table). The staff is very friendly, the pizzas are unique and delicious, and they have a live cam in the pizza oven so you can watch your food cook while you’re waiting. What more could you really want? This place is going to do great in the busy season, and I’ll definitely be stopping back in when I’m in town again.

Not only was the food delicious, but so is the atmosphere, we had an incredible time chatting with the owner. Their pizza is anything but ordinary, deliciously crafted with fresh ingredients, exactly what we were looking for! Their location is the cherry on top, it was so nice to walk around the lake and round out a wonderful lunch experience. Highly recommend fire on the lake as your go to pizza spot in the area!
