This was my first time visiting the store. My experience was good when I went to the store to place my order. My previous order was placed online for delivery with my colleagues at work.
A young woman working behind the counter immediately asked I needed anything and I gave her my order. However, when I arrived to work I noticed that my order was incorrect. It was on a wrap when it should have been on bread as I specifically requested.
I dislike when businesses give you an incorrect order simply because someone wasn’t listening. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my food. Their smoothies are extremely delicious. I’ve tried three different food options from the menu and they were all awesome.

Let’s get this started right. I love this store! I didn’t even know about this place a month ago, but once I came in, Kyla gave me awesome customer service. She told me all about what’s popular, and I’ve been coming back like three times a week ever since. I’ve been to two stores now, one on Bell Blvd and one on Union. The Union one just does everything better. I really want to give a shout-out to Kyla, Molly, Constantine, Victoria, and I never got the other person’s name. Even though I’m here all the time, the staff always gives great service and makes the food just right. If you’re new here, try the mango monsoon, it’s the best drink. My wife and I look forward to our morning smoothies. I love the rewards program, I get free stuff super fast, and that morning deal with $5 smoothies is awesome.

Wanted to check this place out and wasn’t disappointed. Good atmosphere, the place is very clean, the food is great quality and delicious, the smoothies are great and the staff were very professional and friendly. They have some really good health options, and fair prices which is a plus. You definitely get your money’s worth. If it’s gonna be your first time trying the place, I’d highly recommend the wraps, especially the chicken chorizo one it’s so good. They have vegetarian options too on the menu for those interested. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to try it.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes as 3 employees avoided to even acknowledge me. Rude ,pathetic staff Can’t even say “hold on give us a few minutes”. I walked out. Tropical smoothie shame on you . Terrible training and customer service.

One of the better T.S. Cafes around! Staff is friendly, the smoothies are Great. Even though it a busy location, they handle the rush well. Definitely worth checking out.

Food is good, but not coming here anymore. Went to use a coupon in the store so I went to app to use coupon. App warns you that if you use in store – that’s it – you can get it back to use a different way. Well the girl gives “get away hour” price then tells me I can’t use the code in store and I have to place a mobile order to use the free smoothie in the app… just not doing with these companies anymore.

When I walked in, the two girls at the counter just looked at me without saying hello or even acknowledging that I was there. I stood RIGHT IN FRONT of them waiting to place my order, but they took their time because they were too busy on their phones. Even when my food was handed to me felt like she just had a nasty attitude.
