This location used to be good, but now the service is absolutely terrible. The workers simply do not know how to do their job. They mess up something with my order frequently and are not respectful or helpful when you bring it to their attention. Not to mention, I accidentally dropped my smoothie during my last visit here and asked them to remake it for me which they did, but they made it completely wrong the second time. On top of that, one of the workers gave me a mop to clean up the mess and didn’t even ask politely, she just pointed to the mess and then the mop. I would’ve cleaned up the mess on my own, but the disrespect of the situation makes me never wanna go here again. Smoothies are expensive, I’d rather have good service and a good smoothie if I’m gonna be spending the money on it. Do not recommend this location. I know that I will not be going here again.

Smoothies are always missing from delivery service. When you call the store an employee will tell you to track down their manager Christopher in order to get a refund. Been through this 3 times in the past 6 months. I only reccomended if you are going there in person to make sure your oder is correct and you have complete order.

I bought two smoothes for my kids and they both went into the trash. My two kids hated them. I sampled the smoothies too and confirmed that they where trash. $18 down the drain. I usually don’t give bad reviews. But come on I threw away $18. Into the trash. Like that hurts. Give me my money back.
Edit. I left the review because the store was extremely dirty. And employees were more interested into talking to friends than doing their job. And smoothie not edible. That was Almost a year ago and I don’t plan on wasting anymore money or time on this place. I give five stars now. Since I don’t plan on giving them a follow up

My Favorite smoothie place in the area and it is not even close! They also have great food in their wraps and sandwiches!!! I highly recommend for anyone in Swamp/Marblehead Area!

They’re terrible. I’ve had more orders done incorrectly here than anywhere else. Food with frequently come missing sides that was stated to be included online, like chips, and they don’t do a very good job handling alterations to food. Every once in a while my group will attempt to order a cheese quesadilla, by ordering a chicken with the no chicken option. This workers about 30% of them time in my experience. In addition, they offer edible straws for about $.99 as an add on to any smoothie. When they come, they’re delicious, but they also come about 30% of the time. If you’re going to order from here, don’t expect to receive what you order.

This store was once one of the best, the food service and smoothies use to be the bomb, now the smoothies are watered down tásele like poop along with the presentation of the food they serve looks horrible. This store has changed a lot and the employees working here now are the worst based on service and flavor.
