From someone that’s driven the several hours for a Philly steak in the past, to discovering Charley’s, a much closer to home location. I’d eat here again. Food was perfect. Ordering was a little rough, in a packed food court they have to speak up a bit more. But overall wasn’t terrible or worth rating down for.

Charley’s Philly Steak in Destiny USA mall , Syracuse is a quick brunch place to stop by when you are in the mall. It’s prepared in front of your eyes on the open counter. We tried the chicken Philly for our lunch and it was pretty good, we also got some French fries as side so that we feel full. During the mall visit you could try this as a brunch for some energy.

I dropped by Destiny Mall and grabbed a quick bite at Charley’s Cheesesteaks. I ordered a regular cheese steak sub for $10.25, and it was fantastic! The soft, slightly chewy sub roll provided the perfect base for the dish. Inside, the thinly sliced, tender pieces of steak were seasoned to perfection, offering a savory and slightly peppery taste. The melted cheese added a rich, creamy texture and a delightful salty, tangy flavor to the mix. Topped with sautéed onions and bell peppers, the sub had a perfect balance of sweetness and savoriness. It truly hit the spot! Great food at Charley’s Cheesesteaks.

Everytime I order from this place the workers are SO lazy and SO incompetent. I asked for extra tomatoes, received none, asked for extra provolone, barely got that, asked for cheese fries and they gave me a box of cheese with 5 wet fries. Absolutely disgusting and lazy.

I got the 6 bone in wings and fries what supposed to be lemon pepper wasn’t really tasting the flavor, they was more oily than having any lemon pepper on it. Next time I’ll just try a sauce.the loaded fries tho delicious
