It’s a shame I came here for a quick run to get some empanadas and I got cold and raw empanadas. The portion on the inside being very little. Shame on the lady for not making sure to give me fresh empanadas. They taste like they were sitting for a good min had to throw them out. I always come here and get fresh empanadas….

I had a great experience at this Juice Bar location! The place is always clean, the menu has a lot of fresh options, and everything tastes amazing. I especially want to give a shoutout to Ramiro — he’s a great worker. Super friendly, fast, and always makes sure your order comes out perfect. Customer service like his really makes the place stand out. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Tropical Juice Bar is one of our favorite spots! We love their fresh empanadas and delicious smoothie—our usual go-to’s are the banana and papaya juices, always so refreshing. Their pink sauce is amazing and pairs perfectly with everything. They also offer a wide variety of Dominican foods, all made fresh and full of flavor. On top of the great food, we really appreciate their branding—everything is super detailed and well put together. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for great food!

Love this franchise! Lately I have been going to the one on West Broadway in Paterson however after today, I believe I will be coming to this Tropical Juice Bar. The staff was very nice and Customer service was great. Also the wait time was minimal. Finally my favorite part it was very clean.

We stopped here because this place recommended by a friend. Upon arrival ar 3:00 PM we were told that we couldn’t use the bathroom because it was being cleaned because they were closing. Restaurant shows closing at 10 PM. Then I ordered the special which was being advertised on the windows on the counter and menu. I was told that spacial was no longer available but did nothing to remove it from the counter. So I’m not ranting, the overall experience was uncomfortable, the food was no good and the customer service was inadequate. This place has potential but I didn’t see a csn do or positive attitude from the staff.

I love the Tropical Juice Bar franchise. Very pleased with this new location. Best one in the nearby area by far. Very clean, good seating space. They also have a small area outside where you can eat. The food was very delicious and the drinks are amazing and price more fairly than Banana King.
