I ordered my food and it was made incorrectly. An employee came to the window and told me I could keep it and that they would remake it fresh and correctly. They made me feel assured that they wouldn’t just scrape the sauce off. Well I see them through the window arguing and making a big deal about it. Another employee later came to the window and asked for the food back. Then I got my order again and something was missing. 1st and last time here.

I have been to this restaurant several times and every time it has been fantastic. The service is quick and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. Everyone is friendly. We have food allergies in our family and every person is quick to change gloves and make appropriate accommodations without us even having to ask. Dante, specifically, is professional and friendly.

This was our first time coming and i ordered a salad with chicken and my sister got a Caesar salad wrap. TELL ME WHY we waiting 40 minutes just for them to ask if our orders been taken yet. Meanwhile this woman ordered after us and got her food and had left while we were still there waiting. We ended up leaving without the food because it was ridiculous.

Really hate to leave this review because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants that I would frequent 2-3 times a week. Recently the food is never cooked all the way. The rice is super crunchy and any other food outside of the meat seems like it isn’t cooked at all. They started out phenomenal but has went downhill rapidly.

Went through the drive-thru at Tropical Grill and waited way too long even though there was no one else there. When I mentioned it, the general manager, Dante, was dismissive and unprofessional instead of apologizing or trying to make it right. The food was okay, but poor leadership and lack of respect for customers’ time completely ruined the experience. This place has potential, but management needs serious improvement.

I know the staff are just kids, but couldn’t they try to be a little friendly? Or at least act respectful? There was one person who acted nice, and I think he must have been the manager. The counter staff stood with their backs to me talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge me for a long time. Actually, I’m not sure they ever spoke. The girl just looked at me until I started giving my order. I realize it’s just a fast food place basically but there’s no reason for rudeness. I’m blame their parents but the management has to hold them to a standard of customer service.

Just ordered from Tropical Grille and my food smells like cigarette smoke. When we pulled up the worker was outside, I’m assuming they were on a smoking break. But they obviously did not freshen up or wash hands because my plate literally smells like cigarette smoke! I can’t even finish it!

Was there waiting for over half an hour. The food simply wasn’t good or fresh. The part that shocked me was the manager Dante I think it is. Is more childish than the children that work for him. Needs a new head of the store, Extremely disappointed.
