Private Restaurant available only to Members of The Greenbrier Sporting Club. The Summit restaurant is an Adirondack inspired lodge, made up of timber beams and reclaimed wood floors. A massive, double-sided fireplace of locally quarried stone is the centerpiece of this rustic, elegant space, with dining on one side and a lounge and full-service bar on the other. Much like The Lodge, The Summit restaurant uses locally produced products in many of their creations. The Summit menu offers favorites such as oysters on the half shell, cowboy steak and their much talked about, fried chicken. When members crave comfort foods and a fantastic view, The Summit is where they can be found.
