– Delicious curries, very well seasoned, with standout and balanced flavors. Appetizers are amazing too, my faves are roti, samosas, and spring rolls. Favorite dish is Goat Afghani

little things they do here …rice and nan bread cooked to perfection. Ginger and cilantro, lime flavors come through. I ordered the Afghani Chicken Kadhai for only $13.99 w rice. also ordered butter nann bread. Interior is clean and decorated out beautifully. Highly recommend!!

From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The space is clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. The menu was packed with options, each one sounding more tempting than the last, so we decided to try a bit of everything.
The food did not disappoint. The presentation was stunning, and the taste was incredible—each dish bursting with flavor and authenticity. What impressed me most, however, was the portion size. For such quality, the prices were more than reasonable—you really get a fantastic value for your money. Nali Nihari with some fresh Garlic Naan and the Afghani Karahi were my favorite

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Space was clean and open. They serve Halal Meat Options, which is why we wanted to try them. Menu looked promising. We ordered the Chicken Noodles, Chicken Biryani and a Paratha. Portions were great. My kids enjoyed the Noodles a lot. They were tasty and very rich with eggs ans chicken. Biryani waa ok. We have had bettee ones around town. Overall not a bad experience. Its great for takeaways since the portion sizes are great.

I ordered my food for pick up and it was finished cooking quickly and I was greeted at the door by the wonderful staff! The new look inside the restaurant is so cool and pretty! It is great for photos!

I had such an amazing experience at Tropical Curry and Grill! The food was beyond delicious—every bite was packed with rich, authentic flavors that reminded me of the best Indian and Pakistani dishes I’ve had. The Nahari was an absolute standout—so tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. And the bread? Soft, fresh, and just the perfect companion to soak up all that goodness!
What made the experience even better was Mr. Farhan’s incredible service. He was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile to make sure you’re having a great time, and he did just that.

Looking for new things to try in Pflugerville and I stumbled upon Tropical Curry and grill. I called and ordered Chicken Biryani, Shrimp Stone Fry, Samosa Chaat, Palak Paneer and Goat Chettinad. Spice level for all dishes are well tolerable for young kids. Chicken Biryani had lots of golden raisins, nuts, eggs and boneless pieces of chicken. I love Shrimp Stone Fry flavor but wish they use prawns instead of shrimp for the price of $13.99. Samosa Chaat is on point, Palak Paneer is delicious and Goat Chettinad gravy is pretty good.
The website has weekly meals starting off with $27 to $33 for premium meat such as goat, fish and shrimp. Even though it stated you order for next day but you can call ahead and they will accommodate. I will visit or order again for sure.

We ordered fish 65, parota with chicken and egg, chicken curry, chicken biryani.
Fish 65 is not good, not even have salt.
Parota tasted fresh and good , but curries are just ok. Not spicy at all.
Same with biryani. It just tasted average and not spicy.
