I’m not sure what all the hype is about this place. The pizza is a 6.5. They literally reheated one of my slices on top of another slice. Super plain dough with the crust being too hard. By the time you finish the slice and it’s cooled a bit, it becomes inedible. Way too pricey for this kind of food. Employees were awful. Cursing, and not listening to what was ordered. It was also extremely difficult to find a table to sit at.

5 star food, probably 3 star experience. When we went to trophy pizza it was a very busy weeknight evening, and we were eating in. It was clear they were overwhelmed with orders but seeing as we were dining in, it seemed that our pizza should’ve taken precedence over at least one of the countless online orders they were fulfilling. We were offered some complimentary meatballs which did help the experience somewhat, but the amount of time we waited was truly unacceptable. Would try this place again but probably only for takeout.

In the Gatherall at Factory 52. We order from the QR code on the tables at Fretboard, and they send a text when your food is ready to be picked up. They offer full pies or slices. Get the Grandma pizza…it is delicious!

In the Gatherall at Factory 52! I love this place! The pizza is amazing! They have several different styles. You can get it by the slice or get a whole pie. I love the big dabs of sauce on the grandma style.
It is so easy to order and pay. They text you when it’s ready. It is extremely fast when you order slices.
These guys are a must try!

My wife is a NYC native and we’ve been sorely disappointed in the Cincinnati pizza scene. Finally had a l chance to try this pie and it’s the best NYC style pie we’ve found so far. Great foldable and delicious crust and cheese with the right amount of grease.

Pizza is great I just wish they weren’t so skimpy on their toppings and cheese. This doesn’t look like $5+ of mushrooms and $3+ of onions. The extra toppings prices should be lowered if you aren’t going to put many on.

I usually stick with the NY style slice, but I was given a slice of the grammas to try, and it was delicious! From now on, it’s one of each! The Caesar salad was also great! The guy that runs the place is also super friendly!

Let me tell you, East Coasters, specifically New Yorkers, these guys know how to dough it out. Jim & James working miracles over here. Oh, and the garlic knots with cheese, bacon and ranch? Chef’s kiss.

Don’t waste your time! Had no slices available and told that all the fresh pizzas coming out were for catering orders. Would not make another pizza and people in line had to take the scraps they had left.
