We found Billie’s on facebook and decided to make the drive. Well worth it!
Great selection of brews and NOT a lot of IPA’s. This was a pleasant surprise. All were fantastic! We got a hefe, porter and lager.
I didn’t get the name of the young woman that waited on us, she was friendly and very helpful.
Oh! The pizza was just what I was craving today! Crisp crust, fresh veggies, mmmmm.

We stopped here while on roadtrip with our dogs and had a great time! It’s got a cool atmosphere and a nice, clean interior. We got the Brussels sprout bites, the smoked salmon salad, and a Neapolitan pizza with extra spinach. Everything was excellent: the pizza had that good, wood-fired crust; the salad was big and fresh and had tons of stuff in it; and the Brussels sprout bites were “the best thing I’ve had deep-fried and covered in ranch.” I’m also told the beer was good.
We were there in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday, so it wasn’t particularly busy. Everything came out quickly. They were really nice about the dogs, too!

Great food choices! I personally prefer pizza and it is always excellent! Video games, live music every week, comfy outdoor patio with a bar, yard games, and a stage. Very cool place.

Don’t miss this hidden gem in Blackstone, VA. Trippin’ Billies has video games, corn hole & live music to entertain the whole family. I enjoyed an Ultimate Hoagie with wavy fries & a spiked apple cider. They also have plenty of craft beer on tap. The fire pit was perfect on this crisp fall evening. Jackie the bartender was attentive and friendly!

The food, drinks, and service here are wonderful! They have so many options of types of food, there’s something for everyone! I personally love their spaghetti with vegan meatballs. I definitely love the love music aspect of the restaurant… they have such a great space, whether you’re listening outside on the patio, on the big stage, or inside due to yucky weather, they keep a great vibe going. Lisa, Josh, and the whole crew make this place fun and amazing. Bring the family, play some video games, dance to some music, and enjoy this awesome spot in Blackstone!

See my review about the Ale House which is around the corner and same owners, same beer. I had a flight which included the Octoberfest, raspberry chocolate porter, black IPA, and an Ale. The porter was kind of tasty, and the IPA was decent. The other two not so much. For food I had a spicy Italian Sub which was not spicy. Place has some video games. Great service. One attendant did well to keep up with a little dinner rush.

We had an excellent experience at Trippin’ Billies thanks to Shawn. He was both our bartender and server during an incredibly busy lunch, yet he never lost his smile or positive energy. He kept everything moving smoothly, stayed friendly and attentive, and truly made the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, but Shawn’s attitude and service really stood out. We’ll definitely be back.
