We went there for the Hibachi. The food was pretty good but to be honest not worth the price. My friend and I waited a while to get our seating despite having a reservation. Then once we were seated it took a long time for a waiter to make the initial table visit (we also waited a long time for our drinks, for the food, and then for our checks/to-go boxes). So a lot of waiting…

Mt. Fuji is one of the better Hibachi Restaurants I have tried in a while. The show was the typical hibachi show, but the good was very good. I ordered the Filet Mignon and Scallop combination, and my entree was cooked perfectly. The filet was perfectly seared but had a pink warm center and the scallops were crusted perfectly on the outside but still tender. The stir fried noodles and fried rice were noteworthy. Overall, this restaurant served great food and provided a good hibachi experience.

This place never disappoints. The fried rice is the best I have ever had, truly. Hibachi shows are great and so delicious. Sushi is up there with the best I’ve had in Colorado. Only con is they are packed on the weekends but I think that says how good they are more than anything.

The sushi roll we ordered was the best roll we’ve EVER had (me and my daughter). But the rest of the food made us wish we hadn’t ordered anything else. It’s tough to find the right rating in this kind of situation. We would like to go back, but definitely only for rolls. Also – the rolls were about 15% higher than most places – but again, we would go back, and probably order just all rolls. The spiderman roll was the one that knocked our socks off. Just thinking of it makes me drool.
