Portions were large. But.. Tastes like nothing. Really nothing! Got General Tso soggy chicken. no taste. Pork fried rice no taste. Pork no taste. Kinda baffling….. and no I don’t have Covid….. maybe they ran out of flavor???

Lost a customer. Found maggots in my food and horrible customer service!! Very rude, very nasty attitudes. Gave me a hard time about a refund..All she was worried about was the egg roll that came with the order (which I accidentally left behind). You would think they’d be more worried about why they have maggots in their food to begin with, no?! Never will I return to this ”establishment” again. Thought I’d let current/potential customers know.

I had their food twice. First time order was perfect; food was ready on time,Rainbow Shrimp, shrimp toast and poo poo platter were excellent.
Second visit,on time, but Triple Delicacy was missing the pork, had beef and chicken only and enough carrots to choke a horse. Very disappointed. House lo mein was good. Restaurant dining area is in very poor shape, good for take out only.

Came here for years in the beginning when it was decent and boy has it dropped off over the years! I think it’s a statement when you choose your old takeout spot from Hartford for delivery over triple star which is essentially the same type of takeout place but honestly the quality of the food especially the meats are not good and the prices seem to have gone up in addition which would be absolutely acceptable if they attempted to maintain some standards. No people from West Hartford have pretty high standards on our Chinese food but that said if you’re going to have a Chinese restaurant at Bishop’s corner West Hartford that delivers, that stuff needs to be next level. Go ahead and charge more Just make the food awesome. I genuinely get better take out at what you would think to be a lesser quality place on Park Street and for half what these folks charge lately. Sad to say but this is true.

Ordered beef n broccoli lunch special for takeout. Rice was overcooked and no brown sauce added to meal. Also, dumplings I ordered were too doughy and tasted awful! Worst Chinese food I ever tried to eat! These people cannot cook! Don’t waste your money at this place. Business should be shut down!

Ordered delivery, which was quick and on time and well packed. The quality of the food – specifically the meat entrees, made it practically inedible. The texture was so slimy, and flavors were bland. I could have been eating anything, barely identifiable. Could only stomach a few bites before giving up. Don’t recommend unfortunately.

We’ve had good meals from here before but tonight’s food was disappointing. Fried rice was too dried out & greasy to eat- threw it away. Gen. Tso’s chicken was dry and its breading was also greasy. Egg rolls were sort of tough; had probably had been reheated. Delivery was fast.
