On a trip from KY. We decided to stop by and get one of my favorite foods, bruschetta. Absolutely wonderful! However, while waiting for it the desserts just kept calling my name. I bought 1 for each in our traveling party. The desserts stole the show. The desserts are fabulous. From the Texture and taste you can tell they use top notch ingredients.

I just moved to Ohio from NYC. When I say this is one of the the BEST restaurants in Ohio just trust me. The food is authentic and full of flavor and spice. I get the inferno pasta with shrimp. If you can handle spice ask for it “Arushi” style. I am so happy I found this gem! I order from here weekly and I wish I could give this place 20 stars.

Food was very good especially for takeout. Chicken cutlet was crispy and inferno Alfredo sauce was amazing. Veal parm was excellent and the spaghetti and sauce was as well. Got two garlic rolls with the entree which were tasty too. Side salads were a bit ehh tasting but came with the entrees. Food was ready in 20 minutes. Desserts at the checkout counter looked great but didn’t get one. Whole check was 44 bucks and worth it. I recommend if you like Italian food and I will be ordering from Trios again.

I stopped here on the recommendation of a family member. I was with three others and it was lunch time. We were each very satisfied with our meals. Our appetizers of Firecracker Shrimp, and Burrata and Pesto Bruschetta were a very pleasant surprise. I have ordered similar items elsewhere but nothing compares to what I enjoyed here. The Italian wedding soup is the very best I have ever tried. It was hearty and the flavor was quite pronounced. I tasted the burger which was (quite thick) and finished medium rare, just as order. It was topped with bacon jam, garlic aioli, arugula, roasted tomato, and provolone; it too was untouchable. My calzone was their Carnivore and I added mushrooms, ripe olives, and fresh basil. The serving size was large enough for me to take over half of it home for another meal. Our table was cleared of the empty settings promptly, and we were asked if our meals were enjoyable.
The service was great, prices are well aligned with the quality and serving size. Trios Italian Grille will certainly be a future place of dining for me, and I highly recommend anyone give it a try.

Really great take out italian food. Very small inside so you would need to call if you plan on eating there. Otherwise just order online, the food is still just as good! And they have amazing desserts, like the chocolate cassata cake!

I went in to pickup my food, not a delivery order, my food….
I was really disappointed by my experience here. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The staff’s tone and behavior made me feel intimidated rather than valued as a customer.
Dining out should feel enjoyable and relaxed, but that wasn’t the case during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on making all guests feel respected and welcome.

Trio’s is a carry out place. We thought it was a sit down restaurant but they only have two small four top tables in the front – by the door. Anyway, we sat down and got a fabulous meal. I thought they would bring our dinner out in some styrofoam boxes, but the you lady running the register brought us some silverware – wrapped in a napkin and our food was served on normal plates/bowls. The food was fantastic. We also had the house dressing on our salads and it was spot on – they even had blue cheese crumbles for the salad. You might be tempted to pass, but don’t do it. Your going to get some really great food and service – the owners sister came out and talked to us – she was super nice as was the rest of the staff.

Would love to give a 5 star but they really need to update their hours according to the paper in window and website. I drove from East side of Cleveland out to Mentor just for them to have been closed. Website and window both say 12-8p. I arrived at 6:20p and nobody was there Sunday. This is the second time around. Really wanted some inferno shrimp pasta and bucatini chicken carbonara. Wasted time and gas going. Called but figured maybe busy and nobody was available for call.

Saw the reviews and had high hopes. Very disappointed.
Tip: Order food to go from here as there are only two tables inside and two outside. With that said, the lady waiting on my table was nice and attentive.
The cup they gave me for my water felt slick.
The food itself took a while to come out. The Mozzarella Sticks were the only good thing I ate there. Nice and hot and actually seasoned up a bit. The salad was sad. Small salad, but what was there was just huge pieces and stale croutons.
The Veal Marsala was the most disappointing thing, however. I do not know how something can have so many good sounding ingredients and yet have no flavor at all. Everything was just a tasteless, wet mess. The veal itself was no good either, super chewy and lacking any flavor as well.
Will not be going back.

Incredible food, outstanding service. These people truly have passion for food. Will definitely be back just to try there whole menu. Pictured is the Veal Marsala (came with a side salad with the most delicious ranch dressing I’ve ever had so it must have been made from scratch). Also had cannoli and chocolate dipped strawberries (that were sweet and ripe, not the barely ripe ones with white still on them). They now have a new regular customer and I can’t wait until they expand their dining room.
