After 3 years of living in Victoria I finally stopped in yesterday for a late lunch, and boy am I happy I did. I ordered the curry chicken with rice and peas. It was so good, fresh and exactly what I was craving. The lady working was lovely and I will definitely be back!

Great little hole in the wall. The owner operators have been here for over a dozen years. I always drive by and am glad that I stopped in. Goat curry and Roti have a decent amount of kick. Pair it with a Ting and you have a wonderful meal. Recommended! Note, they have new. Hours on Sat, even though Google says it’s closed.

Absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the front who I presume to be the owner recommended I try the medium heat chicken roti. Absolutely phenomenal. Meat was so tender and the whole thing just melted in my mouth. It had a nice kick but if I were to try it again I definitely want to go hotter. Please try this place out!

Such a cozy and inviting environment! Super delicious Trinidadian food, if you’re craving that Caribbean type of food this is the right place! It was so flavourful and exactly hit the spot and I’m Guyanese! The buss up shut was so soft and fluffy and the goat curry had the right amount of spice! Keep in mind the doubles sell out super fast! So be sure to come early or always call ahead to pre order! Will definitely come back here again, highly recommend checking this place out for a quick bite! They feel just like home with their food!

Been wanting to come here for a few years and wow! Wish I’d come sooner and will def be back. Had the goat buss up (Fri Sat only) and shrimp roti. Medium heat was good and warm without being too hot. Will likely try hot next time. Fantastic, flavorful, tender and super delish.

I stopped here for lunch on a whim and it did not disappoint. The pulled pork roti was amazing, and huge! I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing, but I did. No regrets. Fantastic friendly service, too. I also bought some of the fresh hot sauce and it’s delicious. Very flavourful – spicy (but not stupid hot) and a little bit smokey.

Chicken roti was good. Didn’t like the beef (meat had a weird texture). Staff were rude, food was reasonably fast.
Overall it was fine and I wouldn’t go out of my way to to back but would try again if im in the neighborhood.

Spending time in a new neighbourhood and came across this place. Definitely worth the stop! The service was super friendly, the food was delicious and the roti was fresh and soft! Everything made in house so it’s even more delicious
I was in Trini several years ago and this place brought back fond memories.

Disgusting.. only had enough curry left for 1 chicken roti at 6pm so had to order and beef and pork roti.. PORK!! that’s crazy (and terrible). Like they had left overs from a dinner they had and curried it. And the beef!!!… cut up like small dices of beef like cat food. These guys have no idea how to make a roti and the people who live here have no clue how good it can be because there is few options. To top it off the people are rude.
