I ordered pizza for a children’s birthday party 2 days in advance. The “Pick up” time on the order was 11:05a.
My husband was there a little before 11a. Little ceasers opens at 11, but the pick up time on the order was 11:05. I figured like most pizza places, they just make the pizza before they open. Otherwise why would they have 11:05 pick up times available? WRONG. They hadn’t even started the order.
There was another large order with a similar pick up time that they also did not start ahead of time. My husband waited OVER an HOUR! You can only guess how this affected the birthday party. Little Ceasars is my kids favorite pizza, but we will NOT be using them for party or event orders in the future.
DO NOT EXPECT TO PICK UP YOUR PIZZA BEFORE 11:30! The employee told my husband that they will NOT start your order until after 11:00a no matter what the online pick says. Even if you give them advanced notice.

The parking lot is small along with other Businesses adjacent to Little Cesars.
The service was decent and the pizza was fresh & delicious. This place is take out only, but they do have a drive up which balances out the small parking lot.
If your at a resort, or camping near by Little Cesars is less than 7 miles which is easily accessible with a bike or especially an ebike.
When I go get a pizza with my ebike I take 2 bungees & tie it down onto the bike on the rear of the bike.
Take a ride down to get a pizza, live a little & get your exercise.

Not enough love put in it… Need to update pricing on the menu’s or honer the price that is there. Prices are a little bit high for the quality of the food. Not enough sauce… If you would wouldn’t like it why would you think the customer would like it or be happy with it???? Just saying!!! I’ll still keep going back…

They could reduce wait time for online order pickups if they’d use the pizza portal for completed orders. It’s sitting there, empty. The counter person didn’t thank me for my order which was over $40 and included a tip. Just pushed the food toward me. I have always liked the thin crust pepperoni in the past. It’s still good.

Do not take American currency. I ordered $90 worth of pizza. I had 100 dollar bill they wanted to send me somewhere else to brake the bill. I could understand if I bought 1 or 2 pizzas but I bought 8 pizza. Me & the store manager disagreed. I am not an employee I should not have to go around town just to buy something from thier store. Maybe instead of forcing someone else to do the work, you should train employees to spot counter fit bills. Bad busses

This place is way more than it used to be. When i spend $30 for 2 pizzas and a wings. You would think you would get some customers service with it but not here! One of my pizzas was messed up so they make me spend more i gas than the pizza is worth. Just so i can return the pizza they messed up. I guess just take care of the customer is a praise they have not heard. To keep a customer is cheeper than getting new one. I can tell you i will not be back after this! If i have had more than my first oder here messed up. I would totally get making my bring the food back. Last night after we got home and the pizza was messed up i tried to call 10 or more times. Not to mention i had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. This place is old and worn down almost to the point of disgusting. Back in the day with $5 hot and ready you get what you get however, when you are asking $10+. A pizza now then take some ownership and customer service over what you make.

First of all, I was waiting in the drive-through order for about 10 minutes, About seven minutes in I found an employee and I make eye contact with him. He just kept walking three minutes later he took care of me. It’s ridiculous and on top of that I had to wait 25 minutes For two pepperoni pizzas. So I waited a whole 35 minutes to get 2 pepperoni pizza next time I’m going to Domino’s Thank you very much!!

They have a whole menu and they told me they can only do regular cheese or pepperoni pizzas… no custom orders. I didn’t even want a custom order just a Detroit style. Will never see my business again.
