First time here. I placed a takeout order and the food was ready right at the stated time. I was a few minutes early so I chatted with the man at the counter and what struck me was his passion for the food there and the history behind their key spice ingredient (the bird’s-eye chili pepper). How often can you say that about someone working at a fast casual-type restaurant? You can also see the food being prepared as the kitchen was just beyond the front counter. The man working in the kitchen was also quite pleasant and friendly. The other thing that jumped out is just behind the front counter is a large monitor showing all of their order tickets and the quoted ready times to hold them accountable for on-time delivery. Very refreshing to see that level of service commitment. And the food. Delicious. The chicken had a great grilled flavor and had very authentic seasoning. The rice is really good and has a unique flavor profile. Also loved the seasoning on the fries. I highly recommend the empanadas, which were still crispy by the time we opened them up at home. The wings were also great and had a wonderful grilled flavor as well. We tried just about every sauce and the mild has plenty of heat. We will be back! Go support this place and give them a try!

The sauces are legit, built off African spices that hit completely different than your standard buffalo or BBQ. Chicken was juicy, rice had a subtle saffron note, and even the falafel was done right — crisp outside, full flavor inside. Quick service, clean space, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re putting on the plate. Not your average chain — and that’s exactly why I’ll be back.

Amazing chicken, amazing staff, All the food I tried was delicious and that was only their limited menu. I can’t wait for the grand opening so I can try the full menu. So excited for this place it’s a great healthy alternative with salads and wraps and sandwiches I’m excited to try once they are fully open. I have been waiting for near a decade for a Peri Peri chicken spot to open up in CT. Had it in the past in the Providence RI location. Gotta say just as good of not even better (we came hungry).

Half chicken, 3 wings, and one regular side (Yucca Fries)
Every bit of the chicken was juicy and quality meat along with the amazing Spicy (Level 4) Peri Peri Sauce. Make sure to offset with the refreshing white garlic lime sauce. The Yucca Fries were seasoned to perfection. Was a very satisfactory meal after a long evening of summer frolicking. They even gave a compliment Kulfi Icecream! 10/10 and will definitely come back with my peeps!

I’m a fan of peri peri chicken and had it in Florida, so I was excited one opened up in the neighborhood. They are known for their flavorful flame grilled chicken. The food is Portuguese inspired and peri peri is a chili pepper from Africa. They have mild to extra hot! Everything is made from scratch. There are many items to choose from; chicken, wings, burgers, wraps, rice bowls, platters, and more. The interior was nice and clean and the employees were friendly.
I had the $10.99 quarter chicken white meat, flavor was hot, with a side of $4.99 rice. They also have complimentary sauces (red and white). The chicken was so tender and the flavor was robust. I’m a spicy fan so the hot was perfect for me. My family also enjoyed their meals. I’m happy to have this establishment close by to me!

We got the All For One and it was a nice mix of leg, thigh, wings, and a side. They have a variety of heats and sauces. It was really enjoyable as you can tell by the bones.
