If your looking for a fancy bar with piano playing softly in the background then this bar is not for you. But if your looking for cheap drinks and loud but friendly people then this place is for you. It’s your stereotypical “hole in the wall” bar. It was karaoke when I went so I might be biased because I love karaoke, but it was a blast!

Usually a great spot to go. But when I went today it was very unpleasant. Overcooked chicken and a “salad” made of shredded lettuce. Typically it’s nice heads of lettuce pulled apart neatly and perfectly cooked chicken. Unacceptable for a $20 salad!

We Stopped in for a cocktail and craving some awesome bar food to go. Their menu was surprisingly very good. Definitely a place I’d like to frequent more often. The people around the bar seemed very nice and had good taste in music. But if nobody knows you, you won’t talk much. Definitely a place where everyone knows everyone else.

We randomly stopped in looking for some food and refreshments. We got locally made crab Rangoon, steamed shrimp (not on the menu), and wings. All we’re very good. Prices were reasonable, patrons were chill, and the service was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!!

Local “Dive Bar”. Decent food. Most bartenders are great. The atmosphere depends on the day. Located near PSU Altoona campus so the students do frequent some nights. Most of the time, it’s relatively chill, but there are some nights where there are nights and people getting rowdy. Usually on Karaoke nights from what I’ve picked up. They have trivia and bingo during the week, which I’d do again. Overall, not a terrible experience, but certainly room for improvement.

Was hoping to check out the new outdoor section but, we didn’t get too. So I’ll rate it ok for now but, I’m sure that will improve once I can experience the outside setting. I’m not a fan of smoking inside and you can still do that here so we didn’t stay for more than 1 drink. I normally won’t go to a place that still allows smoking unless its an outside venue. The bartender tonight was nice and welcoming.

Nice spot to relax. The atmosphere was laid back and welcoming. The bartenders were attentive and helpful. The people seemed to know each other, almost a Cheers vibe. There was good food specials but I didn’t get to eat (my choice) I will def go back again!
