Disappointing experience at the Triangle Tap Bar in Hartland, Wisconsin. The atmosphere was lacking, and the decor felt dated. The service was abysmal – our server seemed overwhelmed, and it took ages to get drinks and food. But the real kicker was the owner/bartender, who seemed to take pleasure in being short and unfriendly. When I politely asked for a refill, I was met with a scowl and a long wait. The beer selection was unimpressive, with too much repetition in the tap list. The food didn’t quite hit the mark either – overcooked Nico’s pizza. With subpar food, drinks, and terrible service, it’s hard to see why anyone would come back. Maybe it’s time for some new staff, possibly new ownership, but definitely a fresh start.
