Oooohhhhhh sooo good! The service is amazing and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The open kitchen blesses you with all the savory scents. Lively music and open walls give’s it a street restaurant feel. Love the hustle and bustle of people walking by. Let’s talk Food! I had the beef stew pho and it was the Best I have ever had. Everything is so fresh and all the flavors are so independent. Making it the Best Pho I’ve ever had. My tummy is happy and full.

The pho here is exceptional, a dish that truly hinges on the quality of its broth. Since the process is traditional—simply pouring the hot, savory liquid over the raw beef to cook it—the broth must be the star. Amazingly, this spot nailed it! To find such a rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned broth, especially within a bustling food court setting, is a genuinely pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

Had the combo pho, short rib pho and combo banh mi. Food was delicious. Broth was rich but does not seem to have MSG. Banh mi was 10/10. I am definitely going to return for more.

Average Pho experience. The broth was disappointing as it didn’t have much flavour. I had to add a lot of sriracha and hoisin sauce to make it good. The noodles were good and the meats were tasty. But the broth was a let down. The spring rolls were good as well. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are very high for this area.

This place was OK. We ordered Seafood pho and Oxtail Pho. The broth of the seafood pho and oxtail was basic. Had to ask for nuoc-mam to enhance that flavor. Portions was generous. Great customer service. They also have Sate “Chilli oil” you just have to ask for it. We also order fresh spring rolls, they were good and generously filled (mostly with noodles lol). Since i am staying waikiki the location is convenient. I honestly would NOT go back. I feel like paying 25-30$ for some basic broth is not really worth it.

Excellent service and delicious food! Located in the food court at Waikiki Shopping center in Stix food court. They have delicious pho and rice plates! Sometimes they are more busy than other times. But the food and service is always great!

The male server was quite rude and very hard to understand—overall a poor attitude. I went there on 12.8 in the evening. I strongly recommend that management review his behavior.

Located in STIX Asia. Went during a time that was not busy. Greeted right away and got to choose where to sit.
Summer rolls were delicious and so was the peanut sauce.
Tip: After dipping in the peanut sauce add a little sriracha!
The pho broth was tasty and not too salty! Ask for the chili oil sauce if it’s not at your table!

Spicy Peach
Two of us ordered the most basic beef pho. I’m a big pho fan and have tried many places — but their broth was absolutely incredible! Honestly, I haven’t had pho with such a rich and flavorful broth even in Seattle. The meat was thinly sliced but a bit tough.
My friend doesn’t like cilantro, and they had no problem leaving it out when we asked.
The restaurant is underground, so cell signal might be weak, but they offer Wi-Fi and were happy to share it when we asked.
There were other options nearby, but I’m so glad we chose this place. The pho was satisfying but not too heavy — a perfect, comforting meal to end the day. I left happy and full!
