Had an amazing lunch and who does love $3 margaritas! The cheese dip was on point, creamy and buttery, my favorite kind. The carnitas were well made with great cuts of meat. The fajitas were amazing, not oily like many places and full of fresh veggies. The kids meals were great too, win win.

This place wasn’t our first pick when we came down to the area, but we’re so glad we came!! We got the Tres Chiles Especial, queso dip, and carnitas bites – all were phenomenal and went above and beyond our expectations. We also got the churros and ice cream which is a MUST. The churros are perfectly fried with a delightful Caramel filling. We’ll definitely be back!!

This Mexican place was so good! The prices are pretty good for what they have to offer! I actually really fell in love with the atmosphere. It was very warm outside today & they had all the windows and shades open with fresh air flow. It felt super nice to enjoy a margarita in the warm sun! It is a casual setting, so not meant for any formal attraction. Our waiter was very attentive and super nice! Was consistently on his A game and made sure we were doing okay. The food was SO DELICIOUS! We got there around Happy Hour and the House Margarita was refreshing! Great prices for such a wonderful venue, quality of service, & quality of food!!

Some reviews about Tres Chiles seem overly harsh to me. Not sure it’s a solid four star (probably somewhere between three and four) but I think they probably could benefit from a little slack as a new restaurant.
I ate here with a friend and neither of us had very high expectations once we sat down and got a sense of the vibe. The polo shirt attire of the mostly teens and twenty-something waitstaff belied the upscale architecture. I didn’t have the sense that the servers were that well-trained (although our waiter was very cheery and helpful), but again – this is a relatively new place. Unfortunately you don’t often get a second chance to make a first impression.
When the food came out, we were pleasantly surprised at the taste. My carne asada was perfectly cooked, and the flavors on the plate complimented each other well. We both gave complicated orders, and each of our meals was just how we requested. Food came out in a timely manner.
There are a lot of good Mexican restaurants in the area, so Tres Chiles will have to lock it in on food and price, but overall I thought it was a decent offering in a beautiful building at a great location. If they can iron out some of the kinks I think it will be a place to come back to and enjoy.

Very pleasant and thought through restaurant. They have an area with open air access and an area for those who prefer to stay warm during cold weather. The menu is typical but very ok if you are looking for a traditional Mexican food. The quality is very decent. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Very clean and stylish cozy place. The flan and Margarita ($5 special) are great. Will return.

BRUNCH!! I’m so excited this place is now open for breakfast/brunch. Such a pretty location in the morning. Great brunch bar specials ($3 mimosa and $4 tequila sunrise) (I suggest you try a couple of each!) But definitely start with a café de olla which is like a cinnamon coffee that’s a little bit sweet. So good and pretty cups! We’ve been back a couple times to try new dishes and everything is great. My kids liked the “American breakfast” while adult favs have been chilequiles, huevos rancheros and the amazing Quesabirria! They also have Mexican pan dulce. Great, friendly service, brunch drink specials and amazing food. We’ll be back!

This is a new restaurant I just tried out. Very tasty. The happy hour margaritas were only 5 dollars and not too sweet which I like. Plus at the end a surprise tequila shot with lime was given to us for free. Yes I will totally come back.

This place is so good! I’ve been here for dinner a handful of times and tried breakfast recently and every time the food has been so delicious. The service is great, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere.
