My sister and I had an absolutely delightful experience here!
I enjoyed the special of the day which involved tuna and crab in a delightful mix with thinly cut potato fries.
My sister enjoyed the pork medallions with gnocchi.
I had the fig old-fashioned, which was a solid entrance into the unique restaurant take on an old-fashioned.
The wait staff was absolutely superb, and when they found out my sister had a birthday they treated her like royalty! She felt so incredibly special, and it made the entire evening magical!
I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in Wolfeboro.

We came back to Trenta last week to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary! We had our rehearsal dinner here last year and it was a no brainer for us to come back to Trenta to celebrate. We were greeted by the lovely manager, Jill and her staff who were expecting us. The food, atmosphere and service here is phenomenal. Please don’t trust any negative reviews about this place. I had the pork chop which was delicious and my husband had the steak, which was equally fantastic. Our server, Chloe, was so kind, attentive and made us feel so special on our anniversary, We will definitely be coming back to Trenta for many years to come, it is a favorite spot for our entire family!

Food was out of this world. The platting here is something you would see in a Michelin star restaurant. I highly recommend the chicken and the chocolate mousse cake. Miranda was a fantastic server and super helpful. My sincerest thanks to the chef.

We had a reservation for a birthday celebration and the staff was very friendly which was appreciated. However, we sat for thirty minutes before our server came to take our drink order. We then sat another thirty minutes before receiving only half of our drinks. After receiving a new server temporarily, things were looking up. Unfortunately it then took quite a while for our server to return and take our dinner order. At this point it had been over an hour and we no longer wanted appetizers. Our server even asked “Are you still interested in food?”. When our food arrived, we were informed that one of our orders was not prepared and we needed to wait another five minutes. A member of our table ordered the salmon and it came out raw and a cold (interior temperature). The person that ordered the salmon ended up throwing up the few bites they had on the side of the road during their 45 minute drive home. No one at the table (eight people) made it more than five bites into their meals before stopping. We were at the restaurant for two hours with poor service, slow drinks, and awful food. Not once did the manager come to talk to us after the first thirty minutes and our own server avoided our table and forced everyone else to pick up her slack. We paid the entire bill and tipped with no accommodations made, but no one will ever be returning. As we were exiting a member of our party must not have closed the door all the way, resulting in a member of staff cursing at us and flipping us off. As someone that works in the fine dining restaurant industry, I completely understand what’s it’s like to experience a very busy night, but NEVER has a table of mine sat for an hour with half their drinks and no check ins.

The food was really good but we were blown away in disbelief when the waitress tried to remove my appetizer as I was actively enjoying it. Then he asked to take the remaining cheesecake home and she never brought it out to us. She tossed it!

My family has always enjoyed the food here however, Jill and her team went above and beyond for us tonight. I had accommodations that needed to be met tonight and no one but this staff would even hear them. We are forever grateful for memory made on this valentine’s day.

I chose this restaurant based on previous reviews and I’m glad I did because it was the perfect dining experience! The hostess was kind, our waitress Toni was exceptional and the food was just amazing from appetizers to dessert. I really recommend for a fine dining experience if you’re celebrating a birthday or any special occasion!!

If I could give 6 stars I would!! My family and I had a wonderful night enjoying some of the best food I’ve had in my life! We shared the baked brie and for dinner, I had the bolognese, amazing! All the staff were wonderful. It was such a great environment with the staff all helping each other out, and lots of smiles. Would definitely come again!

Went to have dinner and see a musical performance.
I had the steak fritres. The steak was excellent but the fries were lukewarm and limp. We got the brie as an appetizer it was good but not as melted as I would expect.
I thought it was overpriced. I had a mocktail and it was priced the same as the alcoholic version. Not a good value fir the money.

The food and atmosphere here were amazing! Each dish had such a balanced and unique flavor profile. I loved the wood-burning fireplace and cozy vibe. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. I highly recommend the tempura squash!
