The Quesabirria here used to be so good, but the last 2 times we got it…disappointed. This time the broth was thin like brown soup from a can, no red color at all. And the tortillas had no red chili color on them, the tortillas were not dipped in a chili sauce at all. The meat lacked any birria flavor.Just fried tortilla.
Will not come back here again anymore.
I will go to Taqueria Oaxaca on Clearwater or Pupuseria Salvadorena next to Bonefish in kennewick.

My lady and I had been wanting to stop into the food court here for a while after it had been open and finally had a day to spend together after I was recovering from being sick. After a few errands, we were both hungry and settled on coming here. Crowned Best Taco in 2021? I’d love to be the judge of that.
I walked up to the counter and ordered two of asada and two of adobada for myself with avocado on top. Same for my lady, without avocado. I will say, the prices are a bit steep…
I will forever say this; you get what you pay for! The packaged tortillas were crisp on the edges and soft on the inside, with the possibility of being cooked in meat fat. I noticed the flavor being stuck on them, and I enjoyed it so much.
My lady noticed the asada tasted very smoky as if it had come out of the grill, and I was amazed at how she captured that so fast! She also loved the radishes, noting how fresh and crisp they were! The adobada was our favorite, though, with such tender, juicy, and savory flavor cutting all the way through.
We both agreed that this is the best taco truck we had ever been to since we started dating, and that speaks volumes. Having been to many taco trucks around town, this one deserves the best taco of 2021 for sure.
Thank you Trejo’s Taco Factory for such fantastic tacos! My lady and I will be back for sure!

We have had the birria tacos the fist time we went to the Hub of Kennewick and they were so amazing. Full of meat, tons of cheese. Loved them. But then we came a second time…….
Drastically different the second time. Very very thin compared to the first time. Not even half of the meat and cheese. And we felt not grilled or cooked as well either.
Don’t get me wrong, they tasted ok, but why would the quality go down so much?

Queso birria tacos very good. They had good flavor. Not my favorite consome but they really didn’t need it. Love the hub atmosphere. Food was hot fresh and quick!!

Horrible customer service. Lady that takes your order with glasses has a bad attitude and is very condescending as well as the cooks having a nasty attitude making a big fuss in regards to getting a side of sour cream that we were charged for 2.25 which is insane. Do not recommend coming here

Ordered four tacos and asked for extra hot sauce which I gladly paid for. Got my plate with three green sauces and asked if I could have a red too. The lady who helped me had me trade one of my green sauces for a red. 4 tacos, 3 sauces, poor customer service. Will not be back.

Tacos were good but the Jaritos drink they gave me was lukewarm and I was desperate for a cold drink at the time.
Serve your drinks cold.

Very sloppy and bad quality food.
Taco meat served dry and tasted old.
Ordered a torta and asked for a salsa which is really about a table spoon sized and the lady hesitated and said she would let it slide that time but tortas aren’t eaten with salsa.

Jarritos drink sold warm…

*** this is a review for the wagon at summers hub…. Not the sit down restaurant. So.
No score on atmosphere. It’s a food truck at a hub.
Had the three quesobirria taco plate. First thing. At 12.00 plus tax. That’s a good deal.

I’m always on the hunt for a good deal. Really good service.
Fast and friendly.

Flavor and consistency is what I look for mostly.

Food was hot A.F temp wise. Not spice level.
And good too. Just as good as other places serving the same thing but for far more $$
I’d chow down on this again. For sure.
