Went on Saturday night around 6:15pm and they weren’t busy at all. You used to have to wait for a table, standing room only at the bar, but now I know why it was easy to get in. The service was not good, young waitress made herself scarce and we had to ask the bussers for things we needed. We actually should have tipped with bussers since they were SO much more helpful than our waitress. The waitresses that used to be there (who had been there forever) must have been phased out which is unfortunate as they were always attentive and professional. Now for the food. The salad consisted of a small amount of lettuce, two or three shreds of carrots, one little tomato, and about 8 croutons. I ordered sauteed scallops and they came breaded which was weird since they are usually not breaded when you order them sauteed. They actually tasted fried which wouldn’t surprise me with the waitress we had, could easily have put the order in wrong going by her attitude and experience. The rye bread was actually a piece of loaf bread cut in half, so that was amusing since they advertise “homemade breads” and that clearly was not. Just overall bad service and food for the money spent. Very disappointing as this used to be our “go-to” spot for spontaneous dinners out because this was the place of our first date and holds fond memories for both my husband and myself. Makes me sad that it went downhill to the point that we don’t want to go there anymore. I guess Chop House will be our new go-to since they offer great food and excellent service EVERY time!! Since the price is actually about the same, we’ll always choose the place with exceptional quality and service, who wouldn’t?

Food was terrible – scallops and lyonnaise potatoes served on a bed of thick oil, no bread offered, COLD brocolli. So bad. But I was happy I did not get sick later. Waitress was disinterested. She had a lady that seemed great helping so some of our table did get refills but I never did. The lady helping also took the garbage that was on our table when we sat down. Disappointing experience and uncomfortable seating at booths. Bar chairs looked way more comfortable.

The atmosphere at Treasure Island Supper Club is excellent—it really brings back nostalgic memories of how restaurants used to look and feel. That part alone makes a one time visit worthwhile.

That said, the portion sizes don’t match the prices, especially for items made with inexpensive ingredients. For example, I ordered chicken livers and only received five pieces. Piling them higher wouldn’t hurt the bottom line and would leave customers feeling they got their money’s worth.

The steak pricing feels off as well. A 12oz ribeye runs $40 here, but at a place like The Chop House, you can get a 14oz for $37—and that’s with a bigger cut and similar or better quality.

I had high hopes for Treasure Island, but it feels like they’re relying too heavily on longtime customers and the nostalgic atmosphere. If they want repeat business from new customers, portion sizes need to match the prices. I’m not suggesting they change the menu—just the portion-to-price ratio.

We visited today for our daughter’s birthday. The food was great. My husband and I both had the shrimp & crab salads.it was very good, it was a bit disappointing the crab was imitation. Our daughter had the roast beef hot shot, she enjoyed it. Our son had cheesecake sandwich w/o onions and he enjoyed his cheesesteak, and his fiance had the cheeseburger, which she truly enjoyed. The inside was like a 60’s throwback, but the atmosphere was quite enjoyable, as was the service. We will all be back!

I based this on my top five. Food, service, drinks, atmosphere, and cleanliness.
Food got a 3, wife’s steak was over cooked and the potato boat(which was highly recommended) was horrible. It was very dry like it was in the salamander for a while. My recommendations for the steaks are not to get any of the seasoning or butters that they put on it. Steaks are great. A prime cuts of steak and do not need any of that stuff. In fact, my wife got the seasoning and didn’t like it too much. Mine was perfect.
Drinks got a 5, The bartender recommended a margarita for my wife and I got a captain and ginger ale.
The atmosphere and cleanliness got a five, this was a very nice place. Comfy does not look run down. They maintain this facility to a high standard of cleanliness.
Service was a 4. Bartender was very welcoming while we were waiting for our table. Made lots of recommendations. The server was very knowledgeable. A little slow on the tentativeness because of how busy they were and it took a little while to get our check.
I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. There are reasons why this has been an operation for such a long time.

Hadn’t dined at Treasure Island for a while…thought we’d check it out again. Overall disappointing experience.
When we arrived we were seated in what appeared to be “overflow” seating…we were taken all the way back to the rear of the restaurant (past multiple empty tables in the main part and the bar) where there were only 2 other customers at the time. There was just the two of us, and it was around 5PM. All of the crackers and wrapped breadsticks in the little basket on the table were stale. I ordered the small filet…cooked medium (and confirmed hot/pink center…which the waitress took note of) and a loaded baked potato (for a $3.00) up-charge. When my food arrived the steak appeared to be cooked as I had requested, but by the time I got to the center part it was cool and RARE…definitely NOT “medium”. My “loaded” baked potato looked as though it had been prepared well in advance of my ordering it, and I discovered a long (8″) HAIR inside it. Kind of ruined the whole meal. The waitress kindly replaced the potato and when the final bill came she comped my drinks and the $3.00 up-charge for the potato. As I said earlier…very disappointing experience.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant, I placed an order on the phone around 4:15 ish and didnt arrive until like 4:45, they told me my order would be ready within 15 minutes. I arrived only to find every single server and host just sitting around all eating themselves, not once did any one of them ask me if I needed help, I waited for like 10 minutes and finally asked a lady who I assume was a server and she acted completely confused as to my question on how to get an update on my food I ordered. Nobody seemed to care about my business in here so I will not ever be back, thats for sure. Was really looking forward to trying their steak sandwich but this place and the staff really rubbed me the wrong way. I wouldn’t come here if you havent already.

Went here in the 70’s with my parents..so nostalgia … steak was awesome! That’s it! Waitress..Amber P. could have cared less that we we were there… rushing us the whole time…even though we got there at 4pm on a Saturday… don’t get me started… doubt I’ll be back… sticking with the Paragon… since they care about the customers ….

Ordered prime rib with french fries. Our fries came before our prime rib. We both ask for med well and rare, which we don’t like. Our server took it three times before it was done. It sure wasn’t worth $60.
