I really like Sonic and after In and Out was too busy we thought we would go here in order to get some lunch.
Was surprised that a place like Saint George has such a run down feeling place.
The bathroom doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. The smell was bad, everything was broken, and it was super dirty.
The food was okay although the buns were kind of hard.
We pushed the outdoor button for service 3 times before someone finally answered.
Overall one of the worst Sonic experiences I have ever had.

Love Sonic for many years. Many years ago, workers would skate around giving the customers their order. (Why do guys stop skating to give someone their order?) They were very charateristic and now even without them skating they are the best workers and staff to work with.
Me my dad had to change tires at Discount tires next door And we hadn’t had breakfast. So we walked over to sonic to have breakfast. I didn’t know how long they were serving breakfast so I called them and they said they “serve breakfast all day”. Very helpful and very communitive.
I wish many fast food chains are like this.

I wasn’t going to write a review initially… but… came in for a vanilla shake, the ice cream machines were down. Fine, no worries. A slushie then, and a side of fries. Start eating my fries and they’re really stale. It’s the end of the night, an hour before close, I get it. No worries. But then I get deeper into my fries and it’s full of tater tots. I didn’t ask for tater tots. I hate tater tots. It’s more tater tots than stale fries. Seriously guys?? The foods cheap, so who am I to complain, really. But goddamn. Why are you stuffing my fries with tater tots??

I use the app and use one of their deals to get half off drinks. The people working very happy about it. So they didn’t bring my drinks out and closed out my receipt. When I was waiting for them to bring them out. Very, very unprofessional. Then when I finally got them to bring the drinks out the sides of the cups were all sticky and had the drinks inside of them all over the outside of the cups , I suggest , if you come here , don’t use the app and don’t use discounts or else they’ll treat you horribly and won’t even try to give you your food

Asked for hot, fresh tots. They were cold and had been sitting for awhile. Charged me extra for a couple slices of pickle, they were the best thing about the burger. Asked for ketchup and fry sauce, snotty girl informed us you have to ask. Who doesn’t eat ketchup on fries and tots. Then she said they charge for it. Four dollar order of tots and I have to pay extra for ketchup. WON’T BE BACK!

I order a 44oz cherry limeade with EASY ice everytime I’m here and more often than not the cup is still more than half full with ice. The picture was taken today and my cup was almost entirely ice. The people are nice but what they consider to be EASY ice is insane.

Went to order on the app and at checkout it wouldn’t take my gift card because it didn’t cover the whole amount. Chloe was kind enough to help me through it during their busy lunch hour. Chloe took initiative and fixed the issue! I just wanted to praise her in her customer service skills. Good job Chloe! I know it’s sometimes easier to just blame the app and not resolve the problem.

Place has good food but all the stalls except for about 4 are always invalid for mobile orders to pick up. So many stalls but every one one is technically useless. Wait times are horrible due to needing to wait for a car to leave to be able to check in

Couldn’t get service at the reg.drive through windows so haf to go to the car hop area to order. Other than that it was adequate service and food.

The employees were rude and rushing me almost trying to push me out I was charged 20 dollars for food and only got half of it. I don’t know if there is an issue at this location but this seems to be a constant issue. I’ll be coming back tomorrow for a refund hopefully the employees are In a better mood. They always seem in need of help and employees yes it’s always the same workers with bad attitudes.
