I thought it was very nice. Not a big restaurant, more intimate. You can bring your own bottles of wine. Service was good, waitress very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing! We had the grilled polipo to start, a seafood medley and a lovely fresh linguine dish. Very limited menu and they were out of 2 of the main dishes at 5:30pm on a Saturday night… Small portions for $30 pasta dishes. Overall the pasta was good, not great. No reason to get excited about returning here. Service was slow, dining room was small, and you could hear every conversation in the restaurant but the one at your own table as it was loud inside. Will not return.

Tre Scalini is worth every penny! It is absolutely the best, most authentic Italian restaurant in Bethlehem. Every dish is made to order by Chef Santo. We’ve been here many times and we’ve never left disappointed. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are evident and the waitresses are fantastic — especially Hannah! The atmosphere feels like you’re visiting someone’s home in the cozy, intimate dining room.
You do need reservations — make sure you call ahead with plenty of time especially if it’s for a special occasion on a specific date. BYOB. Enjoy!

5 star cause its good BUTTTTTT why are all the waitresses mean except the owners wife? Why is it weird to ask for a drink refill and why is it weird to ask for more bread ~ did I miss some sort of memo? Again food good owners nice but the staff is oddly cold and they make you feel like a “gvone” if you ask for a diet coke

The way dinning should be done! A comfortable dining room with 11 tables. You need reservations, I’m positive that you can’t just walk-in.
However the payoff is BEYOND WHAT YOU COULD IMAGINE!
The lovely Hannah was our amazing server. She had extensive knowledge about the menu (Her personality was very warm). Best of the best!
It is BYOB & the kitchen & staff move/work so efficiently! Bravo!

This is an incredible place! Authentic Italian cuisine prepared ay the highest level. I tried 4 starters, 4 pasta dishes and 3 desserts. All were stellar. Pasta verde, octopus, mushroom papardelle are a must try. Rebecca was our server and she treated us like royalty. I intend to return soon and I highly recommend!
